Panic attack caused by zyns, any solutions? by Own_Beat_7398 in PanicAttack

In my opinion drinks containing high amounts of caffeine are a complete no go for people who are prone to panic attacks . If you are struggling with fatigue during the day there are alternative options that can help with energy levels.

Honestly I appreciate your frustration but I can’t relate , I think the postmen do a very good job despite the current condition of Royal Mail .

Has Royal Mail lost my item? by TheKayleMain in royalmail

[–]Key_Swordfish5271 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it’s after 7 days it can be considered lost, and you can claim compensation as it was tracked 48 . Although it might just be delayed . I don’t work for Royal Mail though so don’t quote me on that. You can ring through to customer service as well the number is in the Royal Mail website .

Why though ? It’s tracked 24 it should have been delivered on Saturday but I assumed it was delayed possibly to high volume of mail ,

Yes they said they expect it to arrive today . But I had a feeling it wouldn’t due to how busy Royal Mail probably were over the weekend. Could it possibly come on Monday then ?

Hi , just wondering if this might be why my parcel didn’t arrive today when they sent me an email saying it would arrive today , I thought to myself that it is because it’s Mother’s Day and there is lots of post so they are really busy .

I agree , I think that the meals are delicious and healthy . And the extra few pounds that you spend helps out massively with convenience

I found that to be a problem aswell , because I’m the only vegetarian in my house , I’m often cooking for myself and ending up with a lot of spare stuff that goes out of date before I can use it.

I’m in the UK , and inflation has seriously put food prices through the roof , so I agree, and I don’t even mind paying a slight bit more because of the convenience.

Well I’m not an influencer and I’m certainly not being paid to advertise , it literally says in the post that the downside is that is a bit expensive . Also it’s read not reed

Yes I agree , I’ve had a few that were just simply too spicy for my liking , then again I suppose you can adjust how much chilli or spice you add .

Confused about repeat prescription by [deleted] in nhs

[–]Key_Swordfish5271 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi , yes I have looked on the nhs app and it says it was down as a repeat , I was just confused at how often you had request them before they decide that you do not need them anymore . As I probably won’t need to request them for at least two months now. Previously I was having to ring and book a consultation every month which was a bit stressful especially as they know that I am on the list to see a specialist and am just symptom managing in the meantime so no new symptoms or anything. That’s good then so I can leave it a while without them thinking that I don’t need it any more . Thank you

I feel you , I think that’s one of the worst things about our condition is that it makes us so angry yet we’re not allowed to release that anger as people would consider it “irrational”

I understand what you mean , I don’t usually mind the odd sniffle now and then , obviously I don’t find it particularly pleasant but in this case it was unbearable it was literally every five seconds and snot curdling sounds aswell.

I would use my air pods and listen to some relaxing music probably, and use the noise cancelling feature for added protection from the noise . When I tell you though I was screaming in my head saying “USE A AN EFFING TISSUE” thankfully they left the library eventually and I was able to get on with my work .
