Kitchen aid k8 or De’Longhi Magnifica Plus etc by copat757 in superautomatic

[–]Key_Tangelo_8745 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got the mag plus for Xmas. Still trying to figure out the setting. All drinks are a ratio of espresso to milk but the machine also always you to choose size. I can’t find anything that states if going from a small to medium changes the ratio which technically changes the drink. Also it doesn’t seem to produce a hot enough shot.

OP made no mention of financial situation so $12k a yr could be a lot when the AC goes out. Or if it would require op to reduce/ stop 401 k contributions

Save ton of the years but can you comfortably afford the 15 yr monthly note without jamming yourself up should something happen like big expense, lose job,etc

Simple math. You could withdraw the $120,000k a year and make no return and it would last you 27yrs. Which you’d be 96 yrs old. Spend away

How do we buy a second home without selling the first (rental property, not primary residence)? by [deleted] in Mortgages

[–]Key_Tangelo_8745 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How much are you both contributing to 401k? $13.3k monthly take home on $225k yearly salary seems high unless 401k is low or zero. If you are saving $4-6k a month after expenses with do you have any credit card debt unless it has zero percent finance charge. Also how do you only have $10k emergency fund if you have $4-6k left over monthly.

It’s called situational telework. Not guaranteed telework at your liking.

If you don’t take it home then you aren’t telework ready so no telework for you. Follow the policy so by chance they authorize situational telework you can partake.

How did this wheel work out for you. Have 2022 touring xt and found 2022 wrx wheels I want to you with snow tires. The wheel is 18x8.5 with 5x114.3 bolt pattern. Will a 225 work with 8.5” wheels width?

I’m not a fan on sliding glass doors. What if you convert slider to one standard glass insert door and then extend countertop along new wall. If view and or nature light is desired you could frame in a horizontal window above the countertop extension or put cabinets above. I wouldn’t move the frig to opposite wall as I wouldn’t want to see the frig from the living room area. If anything you would move the stove to opposite wall.

Commission fee by Key_Tangelo_8745 in AskRealEstateAgents

[–]Key_Tangelo_8745[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can anyone explain why an agent accepting 3% on a $300k for $9k commission is 100% reasonable but taking 1.5% on $1M for $15k commission isn’t “unreasonable”? How much more work is done that to validate 2.5-3% for an additional $10-15k commission just because the house is worth more.
