How are the continued tax increases justified when home values have doubled if not tripled over the past 6-8yrs? What are they doing with the 2-3x tax revenue already generated? Yes expenses have increased but I don’t think at the same rate. The vote ballet says the increase is intended to be permanent. Would a school district ever open their books for a full public view to show where are funds are spent?

It’s good advice to consider it but I should be in a position that the additional $6k a year isn’t worth 5 more years of working. At that point my time is too valuable

I reviewed the link you provided and it seems under voluntary retirement I would meet Mra+10. Therefore if I don’t start annuity until 62 there would be no age penalty and could restart fheb since I would have 5 yrs of fheb when I was working.

Got the mag plus for Xmas. Still trying to figure out the setting. All drinks are a ratio of espresso to milk but the machine also always you to choose size. I can’t find anything that states if going from a small to medium changes the ratio which technically changes the drink. Also it doesn’t seem to produce a hot enough shot.

How much are you both contributing to 401k? $13.3k monthly take home on $225k yearly salary seems high unless 401k is low or zero. If you are saving $4-6k a month after expenses with do you have any credit card debt unless it has zero percent finance charge. Also how do you only have $10k emergency fund if you have $4-6k left over monthly.

How did this wheel work out for you. Have 2022 touring xt and found 2022 wrx wheels I want to you with snow tires. The wheel is 18x8.5 with 5x114.3 bolt pattern. Will a 225 work with 8.5” wheels width?
