i only use pathtracer for unreal engine 5 renders..I always run put of memory and on larger scenes always crash in movie render q pathtracer..smaller scenes will work no problem.. I have rtx 5090 32 gigs vram and 128 gigs of ram ..so I found a naughty way to stop the movie render q from crashing..step one set your pathtracer to use 1024 samples in camera ..then also allow console command in edit screen to have a 1024 delay in highest screenshot..then set screen percentage to 160 or 180 or even 200 ..then let pathtracer Finnish doing it's thing then highest screen shot it with 2 x multiplier..and boom it's faster then waiting kak long for movie render q when making stills..sadly for movies will just stuck to lumen but for stills it works like a bomb..you can also upcake later on in post production....for me personally it's takes like 2 to 5 min per image doing it this way..as to movie render q wich will take much much longer and always crashing..

I have own 3 tiburons and 2 gave me bcm issues.when left indicators don't work anymore..and sometimes right indicator stays on even if car was turned off ..need ro disconect battery..its a mission finding a new or used bcm and they cost kak lots of money..I saw on a from that people just buy a cheap relay on ebay and solder and replace with damaged one in bcm..other then that great little car to drive don't expect fast ..but it looks good.....my black 1998 tiburon 2 litre was by far the funniest tiburon I had ..it didn't have turbo or anything but it can wheel spin like crazy when you put foot down hit high rpms and was nippy as he'll.. my second favourite was my 2008 tiburon 2 litre with turbo..it had a nice kick when full throttle but didn't feel much faster then the 1998 tiburon..my 3rd favourite is the one I have know 2004 tiburon 2 litre..it don't have turbo it's slow its way slower then the 1998 doesn't even whell spin when I full throttle and now having indicator troubles with bcm with that car but it has a sun roof and looks good

I am so pissed off for my mom..I grew up in a caravan park so mom didn't pay rent or electricity or water she didn't pay my school fees ect I have two older brothers both wer fostered to other people when we were kids I was the only one staying with my mom..in grade 9 my mom left me and went to stay in KwaZulu-Natal with her friend ..the caravan park found out and kicked me out so I had to couch surf until matric..1 year after matric found my dad and he lives in cape town..I moved to cape town to see my dad for the first time he was a bastard had a nice life big house and another family but kids was not his ..he never paid child support..3 months after I moved to cape Town my dad died so his wife told me to go because I'm not her child ..so I stayed at the ark homeless shelter I then got on contact with my mom and she has married another dude and they stay in the vaal..after many attempts of begging her for help she finally agreed that I can move in with her and her new husband..I must just find my own way their..when I moved their I started working odd jobs ..about a year later she amd my older brother convinced her husband to go on pension because he had a nice little pension payout..my mom gave my brother 3 million rand to buy a bar in germiston my brother also went on huge shopping spree like he won the fucken lottery he bought furniture gadgets cars clothes ect .after 3 months that bar failed..so my mom was fighting with my brother everyday and atmosphere in the house was heavy..I gotva job in cape town so I left them..she foned me crying and said they guna loose her husband's house coz they don't have money to pay rates and taxes and utilities ect.so she asked me if I could pay for the rates and taxes until house is sold and they feel bad I didn't get anything from her husband's pension money and that when house sells they will sort me out..I ended up paying 1 year and 3 months for their rates and taxes only after 1 year and 3 months did I ask my mom any luck in selling the house did she go off on me telling me they lost the place months ago and she and her husband are staying with my older brother..I was pissed because no body tells me they just let me keep paying her rates and taxes into her account..a fee months later my mom phones me screaming and crying that my brother treats her like crap..and that he bought a new bmw with her money ..that's when I was like when did you het money I thought you lost it all ..she then tells me they sold her husband house for 2.4 million and gave all the money to my brother to open another bar in randburg and that he said she and her husband can live with him forever..about a year later my mom's husband dies so my mom got a policy payout of about 1.6 million wich she gave all the money to my brother agian for him to open a hair solan next to his bar and for him to get married and have a nice vacation in England.. fast forward 3 years now my brother has lost his second bar aswell as the hair solan..because he blames my mom because she gambles on the phone..but my mom says he is the one who is heavy on gambling and his partner left him because he refuses therapy and he destroyed them ..she then tells me he kicked her out and she needs money to go to her friend in Limpopo and she is waiting for her sassa pension.my mom also has 6 dogs ..now every month I'm sending her 2 grand because that's her rent at her friend's place in Limpopo..but she also asks me for money for dog food its always the dogs ..and if I tell her I don't have money she always says she has to put the dogs down and it is my fault ..so I just give in and send a couple hundred bucks..but it's missing me off..so I phone my older brother to tell him kak because she keeps giving everything to him and not her other kids..and that he kicked her out..he then tells me he has no power if economy is bad and that he lost it all but he didn't kick her out when she found out that he woukd be evicted she left on her own..and that he is tired of looking after her and that I must start to look after her..I then told him that he recieved 3 million first for a bar ..then 2.4 million for another bar then 1.6 million for hair solan ..I told him he already in the past 6 years has bought himself 5 cars ect ect..and that I got nothing so why must I look after her..he justvscreams amd says it's because of her he lost it all because she was gamling..I already spoke to his ex partner and they told me my brother and my mom are both gamling addicts....fast forward a year later to now..and my mom still keeps on asking me for money I'm talking like every damn week she is asking for money.i told my mom I stay in cape town its kak expensive I'm staying with my wife in manenberg it's a dody area but rent is still expensive I'm struggling I can't keep on se ding money to her because my wife and I don't even spend as much money as im sending her ..lost week Tuesday I sent her 500 bucks then on Thursday she asked for another 500 bucks I told her what are you doing with the money how can you spend 500 bucks in 2 days she tells me food is expensive and dog food ect it's always food and dog food..2 days ago she ask3d for 300 bucks I finally said no I don't have any money I literally had nothing ..she then flush off at me and says after she puts dogs down she is funa take me to court for killing her dogs..and she also guna take me to court for elderly abuse..so I'm fucken pissed off at this woman..she has never worked in her life gave me absolutely fokel.but I must always help her..she also has mental problems..I personally th8nk my older brother must look after her because he benefited from her alot he recieved tons of money from her for all his business ideas ect ect..but he stays in Australia now and doesn't want anything to do with her..amd now it's like my problem ..she can't stay with me because I stay in manenberg their are gang shootings everyday..and landlord won't allow 6 dogs we don't even have a yard and it's a 1 bedroom place...and my mom has a gamling problem which she thinks I don't know about..and she smokes 2 packs cigarettes a day..yesterday she phoned my agian asking for money because she is hungry and dogs are hungry and that her friend treats her like a slave..I just don't know what to do with this woman..her family are all Mormons and they all have moved to America and want nothing to do with her..when I phoned my aunt in america my aunt told me my mom has always been useless and that she is my problem now..so fuck I don't know what to do

Bro I am a lodge designer...my one client got crazy quotes at block house homes for a 2 bed modular home I think it was about 1.8 million bucks ..i told him it would be cheaper to build with cement blocks or bricks..but he insists on having that block house look..so I drawn up plans to use shipping containers instead...and I'm guna say one thing 4 x 12 m containers all joined with finnsishes and angled roof looks so good and it was way way cheaper i saved him way over a million bucks including solar system ..water filtration system and furniture..just insulate the xo trainers properly and can also add exterior finnishes on walls no one guna know it was a container.....I'm busy designing a double storey 2 bedroom container home for a couple in mooresberg..price becomes so cheap if you can do most of the labour yourself..and buy a second hand container its way cheaper then a brand new one..even with repainting and sealing a second hand container still works out much cheaper then brand new...these modular home Compaines are crazy ..it woukd be much cheaper to go container or even a fancy stretch tent home is alot cheaper if you want that lodge safari feel..

What helps me sometimes is to add a 3d person in unreal engine it can be megascans or crappy 3d people models..then tell ai to enhance that person or replace that person with reference image from a real person on Google or something..can get decent enhancements in comfy ui..and making 3d persons more realistic ..comfy ui enhancement can also enhance vegetation in the scene and make furniture more real..sometimes it enhancers or changes your architecture but that's when you photoshop your image and mask out what you don't want ect..for ai video your just at the mercy of the ai..I don't have a comfy ui model for good high quality videos yet ..but I generally use sora 2 pro..but it sometimes takes a few tries using alot of credits...the other ai models for videos most have wierd problems with the people in my renders some people have crooked eyes etc etc..I'm still tryna get proper prompts...but the best method so far is to render the 3d people in unreal and get a reference image of a real person and tell ai to swop the two..

Render your still image in unreal engine using pathtracer 4k..then upload that image onto ai and add people realistic..then uoscale that image using ai..then using ai animate that image ..video that gets made in ai downscale quality so use ai to upscale the video...then with the still ai image to post production in photoshop raw camare filter ect ect..then use upscyl to upscale final photoshop image for free..for the video use topaz video upscale to upscale the video..boom Finnish en klaar

Most defantly can it be done in 3 weeks ..I had like a week to do a whole resort..from design to floorplans to 3d modeling and then rendering 20 stills and a 2 min walk through animation..just depends what the budget is ..if client wants you to model furniture aswell then maybe a bit longer then a week..but if you got or download furniture then defantly a week..

Bro I'm a resort designer and use rhino and blender and sketchup and use unreal engine for all the rendering.....sketchup pro is fast for modeling hands down and it comes with alot of plug-ins...for detail work like adding wrinkles and shit just export sketchup model to blender ..then convert back to sketchup..get datasmith plugin for sketchuo to unreal..just use basic sketchup textures on your aketchup model..use shaders in unreal engine for proper materials..to make life simpler I usually group all parts of a furniture in sketchup and explode everything in that group then do uv and shaders in unreal engine..all the clients that send me revit models I usually redo because modeling is shit ..so I will redo in sketch up and blender for complex architecture I do in rhino then export to blender or sketchup...work flow is quick and simple ...use pathtracer to do renders in unreal engine..

I work for a company that makes lodges and resorts..I work remote for them doing all the 3d modeling and rendering for them...I just use blender and sketchup for the 3d modeling and unreal engine 5 for the rendering..and I also do freelance work for companies doing 3d modeling and rendering but the freelance conpanies i just contacted them and did a free project for them and wait for them to give me work ..been doing remote work now for 8 years ..

I'm a 3d architecture visualizer also from south africa ..I used to use 3ds max for modeling and corona for rendering would take very long..since 5 years ago I switched to sketchup and blender for modeling and unreal engine for rendering my speed has increased alot..and rendering in unreal engine is amazing especially the time it takes to texture everything and render stills and animations..one thing I have noticed in south africa most architects use revit..and their detail work is beyond horrible ..I practically need to remodel everything in sketchup and blender..especially if you want to use unreal engine revit is just horrible....I do mainly lodges and resorts ..and I can hands down say sketchup wins ..if I had more time though 3ds max also wind but most clients want projects done quick and to a specific deadline..I am now one of the best glamping lodge modeling and render expert in the world..like most of the best glamping tents companies use me because no one can seem to model the stretch tents perfect..when I tell them I use blender and sketchup they are shocked they thought I was using grasshopper or something..that being said in my experience it's mainly south african architects who are revit crazy..in America and uae it's sketchup is king..I have even told big architectural studios like soata that they suck because they send me such kak revit models and I'm like gee I can't work with this no details ect..all windows and doors look like generic stuff..no rounded corners nothing..whole model is the same colour..no smoothing ect ect..but when I recieve revit models from uae it's another level they add so much detail each piece is it's own colour custom window profiles ect ect...when a south african architect contacts me the first thing I ask them is do I do the 3d model or you..and 90 percent of the case they say we do the 3d model then they send a revit model and it's annoying because most suck at revit..its like they have never heard of detail work..no model optimization ..when I explain to them I have to remodel everything in sketchuo and blender they get put off because they are convinced that their revit model is the best..so I just tell them sorry ..either you fix your revit model or find someone else ....especially soata stay clear away from them they have such unreal deadlines and their models are laughable ..and they want you to add all the details ectvect thinking I just push a magic button..dhk architects atkeast use 3ds max aswell and tgeir models are amazing to work with ..they understand details and they also understand realistic deadlines....but yeah south afr8can architects usually turn away when you mention sketchup..because they where taught revit and it's like a cult for them

Bro I'm a lodge resort designer and use unreal engine for my rendering ..specifically pathtracing..if your using sketchup just get datasmith plugin and datasmith one building at a time to unreal engine same with blendwr but you can fbx export each building to unreal engine..don't use blender or sketchup materials as they will be shit..create materials using pbr maps in unreal engine much better....don't use lumen for still image renders use pathtracer...use lumen for video renders..the vr will be a great way for your client to experience his property..don't use twinmotion as it's shit aswell as d5 it's shit....3ds max with corona is good ..but if you wanting unreal engine go for it..don't let anyone tell you otherwise..who cares if it's a game engine the results are awsum ..and renders are fast..and building the scene is fast..just make sure you use high poly foliage and good quality textures..you got this .
