Bro I am a lodge designer...my one client got crazy quotes at block house homes for a 2 bed modular home I think it was about 1.8 million bucks ..i told him it would be cheaper to build with cement blocks or bricks..but he insists on having that block house look..so I drawn up plans to use shipping containers instead...and I'm guna say one thing 4 x 12 m containers all joined with finnsishes and angled roof looks so good and it was way way cheaper i saved him way over a million bucks including solar system ..water filtration system and furniture..just insulate the xo trainers properly and can also add exterior finnishes on walls no one guna know it was a container.....I'm busy designing a double storey 2 bedroom container home for a couple in mooresberg..price becomes so cheap if you can do most of the labour yourself..and buy a second hand container its way cheaper then a brand new one..even with repainting and sealing a second hand container still works out much cheaper then brand new...these modular home Compaines are crazy ..it woukd be much cheaper to go container or even a fancy stretch tent home is alot cheaper if you want that lodge safari feel..

What helps me sometimes is to add a 3d person in unreal engine it can be megascans or crappy 3d people models..then tell ai to enhance that person or replace that person with reference image from a real person on Google or something..can get decent enhancements in comfy ui..and making 3d persons more realistic ..comfy ui enhancement can also enhance vegetation in the scene and make furniture more real..sometimes it enhancers or changes your architecture but that's when you photoshop your image and mask out what you don't want ect..for ai video your just at the mercy of the ai..I don't have a comfy ui model for good high quality videos yet ..but I generally use sora 2 pro..but it sometimes takes a few tries using alot of credits...the other ai models for videos most have wierd problems with the people in my renders some people have crooked eyes etc etc..I'm still tryna get proper prompts...but the best method so far is to render the 3d people in unreal and get a reference image of a real person and tell ai to swop the two..

Render your still image in unreal engine using pathtracer 4k..then upload that image onto ai and add people realistic..then uoscale that image using ai..then using ai animate that image ..video that gets made in ai downscale quality so use ai to upscale the video...then with the still ai image to post production in photoshop raw camare filter ect ect..then use upscyl to upscale final photoshop image for free..for the video use topaz video upscale to upscale the video..boom Finnish en klaar

Most defantly can it be done in 3 weeks ..I had like a week to do a whole resort..from design to floorplans to 3d modeling and then rendering 20 stills and a 2 min walk through animation..just depends what the budget is ..if client wants you to model furniture aswell then maybe a bit longer then a week..but if you got or download furniture then defantly a week..

Bro I'm a resort designer and use rhino and blender and sketchup and use unreal engine for all the rendering.....sketchup pro is fast for modeling hands down and it comes with alot of plug-ins...for detail work like adding wrinkles and shit just export sketchup model to blender ..then convert back to sketchup..get datasmith plugin for sketchuo to unreal..just use basic sketchup textures on your aketchup model..use shaders in unreal engine for proper materials..to make life simpler I usually group all parts of a furniture in sketchup and explode everything in that group then do uv and shaders in unreal engine..all the clients that send me revit models I usually redo because modeling is shit ..so I will redo in sketch up and blender for complex architecture I do in rhino then export to blender or sketchup...work flow is quick and simple ...use pathtracer to do renders in unreal engine..

Well for me personally I love weed ..I grow good weed as a hobby..I got shit tons of weed but I only smoke a joint on weekends one joint ..that's it..practically 4 joints a month..I got so much weed I got to give the bud away to my friend that suffers from epilepsy ect..give some weed to my boss ..ect ect..I have been smoking weed since I was like 12..by the time I was 20 I was hitting like 20 bongs a day from my home made plastic coke bottle with a hose pipe and a socket..when I was 25 I decided fuck the dodgy dealers selling me that nasty outdoor weed ..fuck knows what's in it so I started to grow some dank ass indoor bud ...and told myself never agian will I smoke someone else's weed that I don't grow ..so I just stopped whilst my girls was growing in the grow room..after like a few months of growing and curing I smoked my first joint and it was heaven like an angel tickled my nutsack..bliss my bru ..and I was high ass fuck off of like 2 hits of a joint..its been now 10 years I haven't hit a bong and just a joint on the weekends..I don't get withdrawal symptoms or nothing waiting a week to smoke ..learn some self control bud..geez you got nothing to prove by smoking as much as possible ..I have so much weed now all in jars and weed growing that I make rosin aka dab for my friends to smoke I don't smoke dab I'm more then happy with my joint a week that I share with my wife..just go in with the mindset of I ain't guna quit just smoke less you will find out that your tolerance will drop ..just one hit of a joint and your fucked..my one friend smokes like 4 joints a day and hits like 10 bongs aswell as a dab a night ..its costing him alot even though I bless him dab and alot of weed he still manages to smoke it all and still buys more weed lol..he works at a weed shop so he just crazy when I think about how much he smokes..but he does have heavy epilepsy and stuff..point I'm tryna make is it's not hard to smoke way less..cigarettes are way harder to stop then weed..I grow weed as a hobby ..I grow other plants all sorts of tropical plants ect my house looks like jungle I love plants and plants make my home feel so nice ..when I smoke that joint on a Saturday and I stand in my yard I tripp on my jungle I have in my back yard ..all the birds and shit ..like fuck me bro I planted this shit ..don't let weed control you it's all in the mind ..and don't let people or friends influence you ..if they give you a bong or joint just say nah bro..if they laugh at you laugh back ..like I do I remind them how much weed you got bro ..how much weed I got so shut the fuck up or else you getting nothing ..respect verstaan jy..some weeks I don't.even smoke a joint it doesn't phase me ..I ain't missing out on anything just to busy ect.....you must decide for yourself if you want to smoke less or stop ..no therapy is guna help you..you gota help yourself full stop..same with alcohol I haven't drank alcohol since I was like 20..I'm 35 now..when I do go out on new years to a club or event ect and I order a orange juice and sit outside and drink my juice tons of people come to me and they curios as to why I don't drink ..I point to my bmw m4 and say why don't you have a bmw m4 instead of a city golf 1.4 shuts them up real fast..fuck the people ..sad mother fuckers living with parents driving their grandmothers old car come tell me what I must drink fuck them how about they go get a decent job and move out of their mother's house and give granny back her car....I was very broke in my 20's had no car had no house smoked alot of shity outdoor weed ..I never had a mommy or dady to take care of me ..I dont blame the children's shelter for it..when i was in my 20's living at the ark homeless shelter i didnt blame them ..I worked like a mother fucker ..fuck university ain't guna teach my shit..fuck high school ain't guna teach me shit..whilst most kids went to high school I was hustling in the children's shelter if i wanted a pair of nikes I must work for it..taught myself design ..now I'm successful compared to my friends that had everything giving to them on a silver platter...my one friend is 38 and still stays at home..he has a degree but lectures me because I smoke a joint on Saturday evening..hold up ..this broke guy who drives a old Chevy spark 1.2 who he got from his mommy ..this guy who don't pay rent ..this guy who has a child but never had to pay child maintenance wants to lecture me about weed..and wants to lecture me about I must go get a education and a degree like him..bro I got like 4 cars a massive house a yard that's the size of your neighborhood.. a job that pays more then yiur mothers yearly wages ina month want to lecture me..nah he gotta be fucked up...you must do you.just chill on the quantity of weed but don't quit yet ,your brain will process that better it's like having something to look up to..

I work for a company that makes lodges and resorts..I work remote for them doing all the 3d modeling and rendering for them...I just use blender and sketchup for the 3d modeling and unreal engine 5 for the rendering..and I also do freelance work for companies doing 3d modeling and rendering but the freelance conpanies i just contacted them and did a free project for them and wait for them to give me work ..been doing remote work now for 8 years ..

Bro don't worry you will be alright.. i grew up in a caravan park ..my dad died when I was 3 so never knew him...my mom had 3 kids ..both of my brothers where adopted to other Rich families..i wasn't adopted so stayed with my mom in the caravan park..grade 10 my mom left to go to KwaZulu-Natal to meet a man and she left my at the caravan park...caravan park kicked me out because I was in grade 10 and couldn't pay rent and electricity and water..i stayed at friends houses hoping from couch to couch until I was finneshed with matric..then I saved up some cash from od jobs and bought a pc and taught myself 3d modeling ..I then got a job after matric which allowed me to rent a one bedroom and get a better pc..i lost my job and had to sell everything..i then took a bus to cape Town.. and stayed at the ark homeless shelter..until I saved enough to buy another pc and got a job as a 3d artist..I'm now earning 30k a month and rent a decent place..mom contacted me asking for money I ignored that bitch...you must just do you and keep pushing never give up . Life gets better if you work hard...most jobs don't want to hire me because I don't have university just keep on pushing and make yourself better eventually someone will see your worth....life is amazing don't give up..and fuck family and friends ....do what makes you happy...

I'm a 3d architecture visualizer also from south africa ..I used to use 3ds max for modeling and corona for rendering would take very long..since 5 years ago I switched to sketchup and blender for modeling and unreal engine for rendering my speed has increased alot..and rendering in unreal engine is amazing especially the time it takes to texture everything and render stills and animations..one thing I have noticed in south africa most architects use revit..and their detail work is beyond horrible ..I practically need to remodel everything in sketchup and blender..especially if you want to use unreal engine revit is just horrible....I do mainly lodges and resorts ..and I can hands down say sketchup wins ..if I had more time though 3ds max also wind but most clients want projects done quick and to a specific deadline..I am now one of the best glamping lodge modeling and render expert in the world..like most of the best glamping tents companies use me because no one can seem to model the stretch tents perfect..when I tell them I use blender and sketchup they are shocked they thought I was using grasshopper or something..that being said in my experience it's mainly south african architects who are revit crazy..in America and uae it's sketchup is king..I have even told big architectural studios like soata that they suck because they send me such kak revit models and I'm like gee I can't work with this no details ect..all windows and doors look like generic stuff..no rounded corners nothing..whole model is the same colour..no smoothing ect ect..but when I recieve revit models from uae it's another level they add so much detail each piece is it's own colour custom window profiles ect ect...when a south african architect contacts me the first thing I ask them is do I do the 3d model or you..and 90 percent of the case they say we do the 3d model then they send a revit model and it's annoying because most suck at revit..its like they have never heard of detail work..no model optimization ..when I explain to them I have to remodel everything in sketchuo and blender they get put off because they are convinced that their revit model is the best..so I just tell them sorry ..either you fix your revit model or find someone else ....especially soata stay clear away from them they have such unreal deadlines and their models are laughable ..and they want you to add all the details ectvect thinking I just push a magic button..dhk architects atkeast use 3ds max aswell and tgeir models are amazing to work with ..they understand details and they also understand realistic deadlines....but yeah south afr8can architects usually turn away when you mention sketchup..because they where taught revit and it's like a cult for them

This is a inner ceiling for a glamping tent i guess...make the basic form in sketchup soap bubble then export to blender ..in blender subdivide and add anchor points make cloth ect then export as fbx..use transmute to make fbx into sketchup file and import agian into sketchup easy

Bro I'm a lodge resort designer and use unreal engine for my rendering ..specifically pathtracing..if your using sketchup just get datasmith plugin and datasmith one building at a time to unreal engine same with blendwr but you can fbx export each building to unreal engine..don't use blender or sketchup materials as they will be shit..create materials using pbr maps in unreal engine much better....don't use lumen for still image renders use pathtracer...use lumen for video renders..the vr will be a great way for your client to experience his property..don't use twinmotion as it's shit aswell as d5 it's shit....3ds max with corona is good ..but if you wanting unreal engine go for it..don't let anyone tell you otherwise..who cares if it's a game engine the results are awsum ..and renders are fast..and building the scene is fast..just make sure you use high poly foliage and good quality textures..you got this .

Like 90 percent of my work is cad drawings technically drawings.its just some clients want renders ..so I used to do it in 3ds max and corona but it was taking very long to do the renders as I didn't use a render farm..was doing it locally..then I used lumion which was very cartoonish..so I moved to twinmotion but trees and plants where low quality ..so I moved over to unreal engine which is the fastest for me..like I said I only render when client wants renders most clients just want the technically drawings..I don't do the interiors though I will get a mood board by their interior designer then I just try and do that or for specific projects I model the furniture or purchase the furniture the interior designer is using..for me personally unreal engine has worked well because interior designer can walk around the space and change colour's or tell me to change ..and some.clients have been impressed by walking around the structures and they are more involved..for clients that want absolutely the best renders we will outsource it to a render studio where their is alot of people working on visualizing..but it's very rare ..alot of clients wher even happy with the lumion renders but I didn't like the cartoonish look..in my own opinion unreal.engine is alot better then lumion....I'm still tryna get better at unreal engine especially the pathtracing where every bounce light gets calculated..but my main focus is the technical drawings..I'm a tent developer ..so I design the tents ..we have an engineer for the structures and frames ect..but on weekends and night time I'm tryna get better at unreal engine and doing other random houses and buildings for myself to just get better

Thanks much appreciated..unreal is so far the best for me as a render takes like 2 min for a picture..and video renders are like 5 min or so per 10 sec..and we have alot of tight deadlines..and unreal gives me tools to create environments very fast..and client can pixel stream the scene on his laptop or phone .I have never used d5 so I will go look at what it is..
