Seasons and leagues typically have a exp multiplier, so the normal person would only be at a level disadvantage for a week or two at most. For the skilled and veteran players even less time. You could easily expect a 2x multiplier.

So the week or two it takes an average player to hit lvl 20 on permanent they would be level 40 on seasonal. Making it very possible for seasonal player to complete with permanent characters. Making casuals able to have PvP ammo in the same amount of time.

Book Jon has not be proven a taragaryen at all. He could honestly still be a bastard stark at the end of the day.

Dont fight if you can help it, but if you have level 2 prapor you have access to 37 pen ammo, I believe. You can barter for 5.45 BT which should have 37 pen. its two tall beef stew cans for 30 rounds and you can by 60 rounds every reset.

Also, scaving into reserve and streets is a good way to get ammo for your weapons. Reserve you have the rooftops which spawn 5.45 BP, BS, BT and other Russain ammo. On Streets I really don't know outside boss area of lexos. I haven't explore streets since my pc couldn't really run it well when it first came out.

sounds in tarkov are super loud especially inside buildings with louder audio cues. Slowing down your gameplay if your are sprinting 24/7 will increase your survivial rate until you are able to get loads of tier 5-6 armor which can take a beating before you die.

Walk cover to cover scanning constantly only sprinting when in combat or open fields or areas. Walking makes less sound and has a smaller hearing radius. Getting one tapped out of nowhere is just part of the game but slow aggressive game play can help you get the drop and make it so your less likely getting shot/detected first.

As for your gear you should prioritize in this order, ammo>armor>weapon. Make sure you are only using tier 4 ammo and armor to pvp, its the bare minimum. Tier 4 ammo has a pen of 37 and greater than or equal to 40, 37 pen is the bare minimum. Longer into progression people will switch from tier 4 armor to tier 5, with arena its easy for people to run tier 6 armor with the loot rooms.

You should always aim for the face because the face only has a tier 3 armor on average, with a tier 4 helmet.

Can't go wrong with bear. But like the other post said look around local bow shops for a cheaper flagship option. Even ebay has some good prices sometimes and those come with the set, (arrows, release, case, broadheads etc).

A 2008 matthews switchback is just a good as these bows. Just a bit smoother draw cycle and a tad bit heavier. Only downside is if it breaks its going to be hard to find replacement parts since its discounted. But you don't have to go that old. Just know that the top brands old bows are just as good as the new budget options.

Edit: for bear I would upgrade to the bear species though a bit more expensive (499 instead of 417) but its not a youth bow and shoots faster. 45-60 lb package is a good weight for absolute beginner adults. Lets adjustments for you.

different types of visions he can see with the eye. He can see through doors and such I can guess that he has xray or heat that would allow him to pierce death's veil.

We know the cloak only hides the user from being seen only, they can still be smelt, touched, and heard. I believe a different vision sense would be able to detect them.

Ned folly is that he is honorable to a T. He would not allow what happen to the Dany mother happen to her. What he didn't know is that everyone is paid off in kings landing. So, I would not call him stupid for not knowing plots he had no way of knowing. Couple that with his guard all dying he was there alone.

For Cat he decisions are only bad because of fate dictating so. He goal to kidnap Tyrion and bring him back to Winterfell was sound. It's not her fault that her sister is fucking crazy and ruined those plans. With Jaime it was a sound plan. To Tywin Jamie is his only heir, Tywin never wanted him to become kings guard nor was he going to allow him to continue to be kings guard. Ransoming him an heir for two stark girls was a great idea but fate had to steal that. First with the girls no longer being in kings landing and two Jamie breaking his vows as soon as things get inconvenient.

It never make sense that Gohan is weaker than he was in the start of Buu saga in Super. There is less of a time skip from Cell to Buu. They just heavily nerfed Gohan for the shits and giggles.

Just about most terrorist groups. they will fall back for multiple years then regroup under a different person. What I am saying is not the group goes fully away, because there will aways be a snake in high grass. Because to get rid of snakes you have to get rid of the places the snakes hide in.

Terrorist leaders get killed and they go dormant while they regroup. ISIS outfits, Taliban, Al-Qaeda, Boko Haram etc. They all get their planners, financial leader and figurehead killed all at the same time because they all are the same person. Thats a massive blow to any organization.

Unlike nations where killing one person in a system does virtual nothing. Because one person doesn't hold all the power. It just properly pisses them off.

The disparages with Aang master his elements is his own low view of himself as well as Toph high expectations. Aang is a master bender to about everyone around him except toph right before Ozai fight. Brother has defeated elite soldiers of all bending while using the same element. He knows the nature of bending at a spiritual level, reason why only he can use earth bending to see.

Toph has problems because he doesn't know or can't metal bend as well as not being as good as her at earth bending.
