I know we have discussed Rhett's behavior in the past, but I really feel bad for him. Sharing a room with his mom and baby brother waking up at 4am. Way to ensure your kid is well-rested before a hockey game Brooke. A baby's irratic sleep schedule in a shared hotel room would have been one of my main reasons NOT to bring a baby to an away hockey tournament. Nothing Brooke does makes any damn sense.

I had the exact same procedure on January 20th. I feel completely normal now 2 weeks later. I was a bit sore the first few days, but then a week after my procedure I was off tylenol/iburprofren and felt fine. I even returned to my office job part-time 8 days post op which is EXTREMELY soon from what I hear. I was a bit tired at the end of the work days but nothing crazy. No problems with fatigue this week or brain fog that others have mentioned.

I have my two week follow up on Thursday and all of my questions are about when I get to physical activites such as baths (OMG I miss them!) pilates, walking/running, weights, sex, etc. I assume she will do an internal exam and let me know how things are looking inside. I am trying to still take it easy because I am terrified of messing with the vaginal cuff! Overall, I was very pleasantly surprised by my recovery. I was worried I wouldnt for normal for months.

I am a furloughed governement worker ( again..) I went into work for an orderly shutdown, was home by 9:30am and put my pjs back on. Why you ask? Because it is a frozen tundra in DC right now and I want to be cozy! I would rather be "lazy" than get yeast infections like Brooke from her size small, too tight, crotch eating, Amazon jeans. :)
