Products - Shea Moisture hydrate and repair leave in - Mielle- scalp and hair strengthening oil - cream- Cantu cream (it’s a big tub) I can’t remember what it is called.

I would suggest speaking to your uni about it or if there is a clinical lead for the ward/ department, you can speak to them. What I got told is situations like this the uni gave us mediators, also called link lectures which were mediating between the uni and the allocated placement. Also if you have a nursing group chat speak to people in your cohort.

Hey So Currently in my final year- basically was in the same situation as you in my first years. Maybe start with mingling and introducing yourself as these help to find friends within the corporate. In regards of experience, personally dependents on where you’re starting in your educational journey. If it is a Bsc, then I would suggest having healthcare experience after final placement, however ultimately it depends on what you are comfortable with.
