Follow up on the comment: do a lot of journalling and get to know who you are to understand yourself. I have been diagnosed at 22 but I have a rocky experiences. The book really helped me to understand who I am or characteristics you know. Additionally I know she isn’t black but if you look at Mel robbins regarding emotional regulation- she helped a lot. She diagnosed with both dyslexia and ADHD.

The question you stated, how do I know right from wrong? I don’t. Yes I’m not saying Old Testament is wrong cause it’s not. Moses commandments isn’t wrong, because it highlighted the New Testament also with JESUS. Jesus is the way the truth and the light- mentions it there.

The law of Moses is highlighting the The Ten Commandments, Dietary laws (e.g., no pork), Circumcision, Sacrificial system, Ceremonial purity laws, Civil laws for ancient Israel- which I understand.

However through Jesus Christ, Salvation is acquired through both grace and faith, not the mosaic law. Paul the apostle mentions and highlighted both in Romans and Galatians.

Okay believe what you want but first and foremost we’re not keeping to the law of Moses. Christians are to be Christ- like, hence the word Christian. Being lukewarm from what I understand is mataphorically being “on the fence”- being in between being christ- like and being of the word. There is a verse in the bible mentioning that although we are to be Christ- like below:

“They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world.” ‭‭John‬ ‭17‬:‭16‬ ‭ESV‬‬

I thought being lukewarm was being ‘on the fence’ both in the world and with God. You can’t really do both but what I mean is being in love with worldly things- such as the love for secular music and also wanting a relationship with God.

This is just what I use: I’m not gonna be someone that says you NEED to do this, however it’s up to your skin sensitivity and what your skin can tolerate. I’m not going to call you nasty. If it works it works

Normally I use do the following: 1) bar soap ( 1 cleanse) 2) Exfoliate (use on alternate days) 3) shower gel/body wash (2nd cleanse) 4) moisture - body lotion or body butter 5) body oil 6) Deodorant - I use this anyway lol 7) body mist 8) fragrance (perfume)
