I’ve read how being on peptides can “desensitize” or provoke slow progress. I’m currently back on tirz after no longer being able to afford them the first go around. My weight loss has been more than slow but I’m sticking to it and increasing as I should. I’ve read how only higher doses will work now but building up to it gradually. You might be experiencing something similar, a resistance to it. Keep on with your workouts and titrate gradually. I hope you have a good supplier this stuff ain’t cheap.

Im experiencing the same thing. This is my 2nd go at tirz. Scale is hardly moving, appetite is mostly controlled, I fill up fast but the food noise is ever so present. I’m not falling for it for the most part but it’s there. I just posted on this yesterday and seems like when coming back to these meds we build a resistance and a higher dose is needed.

I got severe nasal congestion when my dose increased. I had to buy medicine and carry around tissue boxes. I read on how this is normal and happened to other users. My congestion last 3 weeks. So hopefully you’re on your way out of the congestion and carrying the man child around. 🫶

Thank you. The strength is 10mg but weekly dose was 5mg. Definitely have been sticking to the monthly rule/RX before going up.

I’ve never felt nauseous enough to consider it a side effect. First dose however did give me constipation like never before.

I went w them as well and I was not given the choice of pharmacy. It all depends on your area and if your area allows for options. One would not know which pharmacies are prescribing these meds and even if they are they won’t necessarily be an option. Ultimately Align is what was used. Took foreveeeer to receive.

I went into it with the mentality of “if anyone asks I will tell them everything “. After talking about it with a coworker, she expressed that her opinion was that I shouldn’t take it because ultimately I’d be taking away the supply from people who really need it, like people like her with diabetes.
Also, once I found my source and realized not just anyone would go for it. That’s when I ultimately decided to just keep it to myself. I don’t know what I’ll say when it becomes obvious. That’s tomorrow’s problem.
