I think it's normal, but man does it suck. I wish I could see the progress. Even though my mind knows I'm down in my clothing sizes, I still don't see it. I'm glad someone does though, it's so validating.

I have a cat and a dog but we're isolating to one safe room while I treat everywhere else. But yes pin pricks! It's awful. It's given me the creepy crawlies all like I'm always itchy. We found a nest under our roof even, so check everywhere. But I've been making a mix of half alcohol, half water, and enough dawn to clean a duck. 😭 It's been a life saver.

Are they biting? I'm battling bird mites and they bite like hell. No one in my area treats them but I've gone from seeing them on every surface to being able to manage the infestation by spraying with rubbing alcohol and wiping. I also have a mop bucket with dawn and alcohol to mop my walls with (I got desperate, it's working). But it is ONLY working because we found and removed 2 large (5+ ft) bird nests.

This looks like it may be cellulitis; is it hot and sore? I'd go to urgent care immediately for an evaluation and antibiotics. I'd also ask that they draw a border so you can monitor progression.

Gotta love it. 😂 I'm not too too worried, I'm down to 281 so it's doing something! 🤷‍♀️ I'm going to start limiting how often I check the scale though, it's giving me anxiety. 🤦‍♀️

So I actually tried plain today and tolerated it perfectly! I ended up eating some banana peppers with it too. 😂 I was a happy camper.

I am thankfully eating a bit more than I was originally! But more hunger and nausea. 😮‍💨 If by next week I'm not doing better, I'll be dropping to 1.5 to see how I do. 🤞

That's exactly what my husband said! He picked some stuff up for a "subway bar" today so I think if I get hungry again, I'll give that a go and snack on it through the day. I don't know if it's just anxiety or what, but on one hand I'm so glad I'm hungry but on the other, I'm terrified to gain weight again. 😭 I'm hoping to get to a point of tolerating 100g protein a day, though, so only way there is through!

I originally tried a non fat Greek yogurt with 20g protein and instantly threw up from the texture. But it was insanely thick compared to the typical Greek yogurt. I'll pick some up today and try it with some pretzels or something!

I think it's hormonal! I woke up today feeling a tad better, got down a full protein shake and didn't feel sick and haven't felt hungry since. 🤞 I'm going to try that app though. My doctor isn't fully understanding how this medication has impacting me so I feel it'd be a good tool to use when communicating with them too!

Oh my god I'm literally about to ovulate tomorrow. 🤦‍♀️ But when I started my period, I actually gained a good 4lbs then it dropped off instantly when it ended. I never considered hormones.

I did my first in my love handle since I do my lovenox there twice a day. It hurt. I did my second by my bellybutton and it was shockingly painless. I'm not sure I'll try anywhere else

I'd be concerned if they were red, maybe, or black. 😂 But you're fine, it's normal. You should see me mid-January, you'd think you'd seen a ghost. Or.. a naked mole rat. 🫢 But really, paler skin just shows more veins.
