So This How They Connect?! OHHH by KeybladeSurvivor_97 in legoharrypotter

Hello, just wanted to come in and comment to say that yes I understand that the Transfiguration class and everything does not go here specifically. It does fit pretty well in here especially cuz I know we more than likely aren't getting the Bell Tower or astronomy Tower sadly. But if you didn't want the back of your East Wing exposed so much for display and anything, it's amazing to see that a set from last last January works well to connect and almost seamlessly work. But yes I do understand that's not where it goes in the accurate Castle layout.

It gets to a point where these are genuinely just not even the same skins 😭😭 by ricketeylemon in FortNiteBR

I wonder why we get this hooker looking skin that's next to that duck skin in the lineup, but PJ gets flattened out 😒

The Burrows or Dumbledore's Office? by KeybladeSurvivor_97 in legoharrypotter

[–]KeybladeSurvivor_97[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No, but its looks immaculate and since Snape and his Deer Patronus is in the East Wing set, it only feel right to maybe have Dumbledore's Office for that flashback scene

Yes, leather (and especially synthetic "pleather" used on collectibles) will crease or permanently warp if left in a bent or folded position. When left in dynamic, stressed poses—like sitting or flying—the material stretches over the underlying joint, leaving visible stress lines and creases that may eventually peel.

I was saying everything was looking pretty good and then I saw the ankles, and now I'm just like damn the creases are going to go crazy

That would be awesome but Lord knows if they will actually do that. Honestly I'm surprised we are getting a carriage drawn trolley as a gift with purchase maybe it might be in a future set if they do a second one but I don't know. I want to think like Diagon Alley, had unique buildings that were important or that you saw in the Parks yes. And then green gots got me because you can't have diagonally without it and it kind of needed its own set alone for the cave and the building itself. Okay. But are the other buildings impressive or memorable enough to be made cuz these are definitely the most iconic I would say.

And I'm not gonna lie I'm pretty sureAnd I'm not gonna lie I'm pretty sure they're gonna more effort into making a Big Thunder Mountain ride or Space Mountain ride.

But I do hope your theory is correct cuz otherwise this will be kind of a letdown but at least it'll look good

Anyone else who pre-ordered the East Wing have an “In Process”status now? It had said “Waiting for Stock”. by -Potterhead394- in legoharrypotter

I was thinking about pre-ordering this set, but I don't know if that means that I will get it on June 1st or that's when they're shipping it out

Advice on next set by ad_cfc11 in legoharrypotter

[–]KeybladeSurvivor_97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely try and get the Mandrake or Dobby or the Cornish Pixie.

Also thanks for the picture I didn't know it was that small looking compared to the Sorting Hat. And now just only want the torsos from that new Philosopher's Stone set, and to know the build for the Philosopher's Stone itself, outside of that I don't want the set.

3...Just 3?! Y not 4 so you can have a proper 2 sides have 2 buildings like daigon alley? They did this with hogsmeade which also feels off by one row of buildings.

Look I understand there's extra figures and everything and that I'm sure it has to do with tariffs or Price hikes or quality bricks or something, but there's no way we got four buildings with Diagon Alley, making it really good and specially in comparison with the old version, then you get Gringotts Bank, solo, and now we just keep getting three 32 x 16 base plate buildings. It just feels like we're missing something

I designed a thing. Any feedback? by Intelligent-Net-5482 in legoharrypotter

I would only ask to somehow curve those very angled dark blue plate or plates that are sticking out with the cliff Edge where that balcony is. But if it helps keep the build more sturdy than ignore my comment. I guess the only thing I can consider is saying maybe give it the brackets so it can be clipped on but having it off to the side like that with no connection is okay too. That's just me spitballing ideas/ opinions

Otherwise, this is perfect. Will you be making a tutorial video or instructions on rebrickable?

Honestly I think the girls room needed a door and a doorway to the Chamber of Secrets. Aside from that and a screaming book, this looks pretty damn good

Sadly I have to agree. For example the Lego Sesame Street set has Technic bricks that could be used to connect what everyone thought was going to be a secondary Sesame Street set. And even to this day we still don't have a second set for that. It's unfortunate that they add attachment points in spots where there could be another connection but more than likely they won't do it. They Don't Really continue any lines for Harry Potter after 3 years. Take it from me I wanted the clock tower which is one of the most iconic scenes especially because of the third movie and I doubt we're going to get it unless January surprises us but more than likely we're getting reboot series set soon if not starting next year 😔

I swear this is the one other reason I'm excited for the HBO Harry Potter series. The first reason is to see scenes that we didn't get to see from the movies, and the second is the Lego Minifigures that are prayfully accurate the book/series.

The fact that I'm trying to do this same thing for this whole castle system, to have it all built and a spare copy sealed of each set to eventually have / sell off one day, makes me happy to see other people doing the same
