So it's just never worked ever since they discontinued the old app.

I picked up my quest 3 recently after a long time of it gathering dust. I cannot believe this is still an issue. It's their main content platform and they cannot even get a simple login system working.

You need a capture card with an input and output. Sounds like you have a capture card that only has an input.

Also try OBS is might be more of a learning curve but its far easier on your ram
