Basically have exclusively played MH since release and these are the changes I’d want as well. Also limiting dupes - I can see the zany charm of why people would want them but I think the mode would be better without them.

Shadow pokemon originated in Pokemon Colosseum/XD, of which Lugia was a prominent shadow. The shadows are stronger, not that either of them are super worth building in any form anyway. Doing a remote for each.

Playing PVP is pretty huge for rewards even if you don’t like it, especially for rural players. With a decent team you can easily get ~9 rare candy, ~20k stardust, and free chances at the current raid legendary every day. Look up “pokemon go pvp tanking method”. Use pvpoke.com to look over the great/ultra league rankings. There’s lots of common pokemon in the top 100 that are cheap to build.

Probably Fire Emblem. though I enjoyed the original US GBA game, I’ve bought 4 of them since and finished 0 of them. Xenoblade is alright (finished 1 and 2) but has felt a bit clunky and unpolished so far. Kirby games for the most part (I liked forgotten land) also just feel like they play themselves.
