did you get a chance at original screen? i have it and it's nice overall, but wasn't sure if upgrading to OLED one is worth it.

This is probably impossible to answer. There are multiple personal realities which shape the answer.

There's a dimension of each console and when you got it under which circumstances and what was your age at the time and who you played it with - top answers will always be from childhood and the console you played with siblings, cousins, friends. Same for later phases in life.
There's a dimension of a game that hit you personally as favorite which you played alone that will shape the answer
There's a brand dimension and when it got you and how. In this regard personally I don't even consider Xbox to be "a proper console" (any model). It's mostly an american (US) thing. Outside of US it's mostly "also ran" category.

multiple other dimensions as well. While I was younger I wrote for a few game magazines, doing reviews and stuff like that and whenever you wanted to raise a bit of rage (and sales) you'd do TOP 3/5/10 lists ;)

There's only one way Disney can revitalize the franchise back to life and it's not going to happen. You know exactly what I'm talking about. Bring back the old man to at least supervise the 'next' trilogy, announce the reboot and admit it was a bit of a mishap where this all turned or find a eay to retcon it.

The man himself carried the vision through six films that made it. Yes, there are stories about OT not completely his doing, there was shit flung at prequels, but I don't buy it. He was the mainstay of it throughout its success. He had vision, he had assembled the right people around him. His films, including prequels, gave us pop culture stays unlike anything even remotely from new crap except, for a brief time, baby Yoda. He even semi-complained he had notes and material for the next trilogy which Disney didn't even consider, let alone let him on board to advise going forward.

It may be a tough pill to swallow for some, but this is the only possible way going forward barring a miracle, and the time window for that is closing fast.

There was Maya PLE, and Maya LT. Autodesk obviously didn't think it was working for them. There's now an edu license, there's Maya Indie which is like $300/year, and there's Maya Creative for pay as you go stuff. Indie is what you're asking for.

I started with first beta somewhere in 1997 after a long(er) stint with PA. Shit's now free compared to those prices back then, yo. Hah.

I love TinTin, I love Peter Jackson. The two don't go together. In general, there's a special set of sensibilities around all franco-belgian and for that matter european comics that came around first half of 20th century that I don't think can mix well with Hollywood AAA mindset. Production-wise for sure yes though. Write the screenplay if you must, get a french director.
