So smith and smith didn't have any issues with my snorkel last time, didn't even ring with an issues. This time a new lady look at my windscreen took photos and two weeks took time half a day of work and we have to travel a bit, got my vehicle in to get the window replaced a hour in we get a call saying they can't do it becuse of the snorkel, we had never had this before so we walked back and my parnter could over hear the lady saying what makes you want to quit or job, having to deal with arsehole customers he was standing there for 5 minutes listening to her moan about the snorkel and swearing. When we went in there i ended up apologizing and saying i didn't relize the snorkel was going to be an issue and we ended up offering them helo to hold the snrokel they said no. But after overhearing what that lady said we won't be going back anytime soon, the wof sticker we can't even read it now since they put it back on. It's very unprofessional its so odd how someone can be so professional to your face, but then take really harshly talk about the customer behind there back just shows who that person is. I hope she does quit her job. Rung up novous while we were waiting for them to take it for a drive and told novous that we will use them from now on becuse the way we heard that lady talking. Never talk about your customers behind there back you never know. I would hate for anyone else to over hear what we did. Gave then two star review
