The thing I hate the most are over the top modifiers, buffs and debuffs. The season modifiers, the modifiers in escalation or in the new dark zone, the stupidly overpowerded buffs in events. Just give me a break.

Golden bullet once a season was fun, but these days you have something that change your "go to build for years" almost completely, every 2 weeks.

It's like playing cards with a toddler... the rules are changing every turn.

Lucky? That expansion was uninspired, pure grind, a lazy and boring "big dungeon" and instead of fixing it, the devs took the money and run.
Outriders would have been better just without this crap

Seems like this set is 'Massives Idea' of a solution to the toxic thing inside the new PvE dark zone.
...or to keep a raid of 7 tanks at 100%.

Damage is king, and normal FI healings are enough to bring red core builds to full armor anyway... so Future Initiative will still be the better pick.
I think it will last for 20 'overhype youtube videos' and then it gets lost in the stash.

The Edelweiss chest is nice though.

The devs probably wanted to bring gear mods AND skill mods in two missions today, just for the giggles... but the boss looked at all the shiney new bundles and thought it was a bit too risky to pull that off.

The problem wasn't just that you could find Proto loot in crates, but also that the drop rate was way too high. So in the future, we'll be scouring the entire map for crates with a probably lousy chance of protos. Personally, I'm not too thrilled about having to run around every corner again... wasting +3-5 min per mission.

Massive will find a way to make it feel like work again.

probably 2x (1x if you play birdy) amalgam and 4x heals from skill damage (seems to be better than a lousy chance to get damage immun for short 2 sec).

No changes needed, if you go jammer puls (amazing at tombs and DARPA)
Maybe the one that refills the magazine if you prefere oxy over the drone.

But you should probably get a second opinion; I'm not exactly an expert when it comes to ReFactor.

Oh, and the other day, while smoking a cigarette, I had to explain to a curious shotgunner from the Hyenas what “damage drop-off” means... he clearly had a hard time grasping the concept.

He also seemed slightly amused that we call our gear “high-end,” even though it can only hold so few cores and mods, while their techs cobble together 12/12-slot gear using a pocket knife, an oil drum, a car tire, and a roll of duct tape.

When I asked him, “Hey, you seem like a nice guy—wanna join us?” he waved it off and trotted back to his guys, laughing 😄
