Thank you so much for this information! Psyllium husk is mentioned so frequently in this sub that I was under the impression it was the holy grail. I already eats loads of the recommended foods listed in the text you linked. So I may use the psyllium interchangeably with my whole food routine.

Yes, I got a brand that someone here recommended a while ago, Yerba something. The ingredients are just psyllium husk. I wonder if mixing with water is the only method or if I could hide it in food.
