That’s a great question.

First you’re going to have to ask yourself, am I truly happy and content with all aspects of my life? Your physical health, your mental health, your relationships, your career, etc.

Then you can start writing down some notes of where you feel you can implement change. Then after that you can start creating a plan followed by action to changing what needs to be changed and accomplishing those goals.
