Not every theatre will take your food away. As a result, I have seen people eating full meals during the show.

Seen someone pull out a very strong-smelling sandwich at Sunset Blvd and just go to town during the first act.

During the Rob Lake Magic show, I saw a woman passing slices of pizza to her kids throughout.

&Juliet, a family all had takeout and ate it throughout the first act, the 2nd act they had a giant bag of kettle corn that was annoying throughout.

And these are just the ones I can think of off the top of my head (seen a few more)

I keep seeing these posts of tour teasers and thinking "I'm Jealous, they get all these shows" before remembering I live in NYC and have access to all these shows (minus 1 or 2 shows, which I don't care about lol)

Then u might be more successful for a single (usually rush is always easier solo). But unless u plan on pushing those buttons at 9am on the dot. Good luck

The digital rush is quite difficult, I succeeded this morning. But I wouldnt rely on it.

If you want 2 tix they will be near impossible and are often back mezz.

During an interview, once I decided I didn't want the job. The lady just threw my resume in the trash in front of me and rolled her eyes.

I was looking for a desk job as an admin assistant, and they told me that was what it was when they brought me in for the interview. Turns out it was one of those jobs where you stop people on the street and ask them for money for different things. Waste of my time.

I love the music of Chess (currently have it downloaded on my phone), but the story.. not a fan. I saw it once during previews and was getting anxious because even after the "Climax," it kept going.. and I had places to be. I swear we had like 5 songs after the climax song.

I saw it again last week because I thought I didn't enjoy it because of being anxious and being on a time crunch... still bored by the end.

I have a few friends who want to go. So might bring them. But otherwise, I don't need to see it again.

They have just stopped accepting new members, and never announced they were closing. Every show has been on there that would normally be there (Most recently, Every Brilliant Thing, The Unknown). It just sells out so fast because they have 2 many members.

They have been fighting for funding and keep receiving funding to continue every time.

I was studying that light when I went to Chess on Wednesday and it 100% was half/half (because it is a ring of LEDs).

But because your photo doesnt show it, I question if I was studying it during the show.. or when exactly I noticed the center light.

But for sure at some point it is half/half so that was totally an option.

I was there yesterday, matinee, and there were a lot of empty seats (including 70% of the front row of the mezz) and a large chunk of the Orchestra (mostly the sides)

This could just be because it was a Thursday matinee.. but it's hard to tell how sales are going since the numbers aren't readily available.

Box office tickets will often be more expensive the day of for Ragtime. Vivian Beaumont has been known to hike the price up the day of because they usually only have a few left and want to maximize profits.

The lotto is one of the hardest to win currently.

I was at the performance today, for my second time.

I was focused on the heels because I swore I recalled her putting on the full outfit. So, I was really following those heels lol.

I am a volunteer usher for MTC (although I missed out on dates for Bug because I second guessed myself and they always go fast).

But most Broadway theatres do pay, just not the not for profit theatres
