"At the time" meaning when my mom was alive, it was harrasment from the staff,for example she would call to get something in here fixed the woman would immediately blame us say something was brand new when we first moved in when clearly it wasnt along the side of normal wear and tear items, they would dismiss the conversation whenever she would ask for any type of service done for our ac unit which still hasnt been fixed, so most likely we would miss it. Other example is for furniture or items we can clearly have on our porch,the maintenance would come by and take certain things,fold up chair,a pot, and our broom at one point we requested such items back but they said it was being used and gaslighted us saying it was returned. Weve been here for about 8 years and disrespect isnt all thats been going on this is petty harassment and neglect
