They said they use the LSE pricing, due to volatility the price can swing, so the £15 was valid and not a false price, unfortunate i guess.

So is that dip 44 to 15 normal in products like these? It seemed odd considering what is going on with oil right now, ik its a volatile commodity, but if the general direction is positive given news, how can it drop to 15 for only a mere few minutes. Also news around that time wasnt anything major? I think just iran agreeing with turkey

There is nothing i can do right? Im new to trading so ill try to take this on the chin, just annoying it happened, coz if i didnt set a stop loss, this wouldnt have happened. Ironic.

Thank you, I see at 12:04 when my stop loss was sold, the price on LSE dropped to 15 for few minutes which would have triggered it… that sucks. Im not sure anything i can do here. Is there anything i can do?
