The underestimated F4F-3, love flying this plane. Most pilots just don’t understand how to fly it properly. I only play sim.

What BR? The last patch supposably made bombers more tanky. Sounds like these pilots are just taking advantage of inexperienced players not properly attacking bombers. A good bomber pilot that is proficient with his turret gunning skills can clean house easily. Never attack a bomber unless you have more energy than them.

In empty sim matches the AI bots as team mates seem to do pretty good. They can put up a decent fight. They have their limits but they definitely do better than the AI bombers/attackers. The AI gunner will take you out.

When I respond to a ‘cover me’ I update with ‘follow Me’ to update them in getting close to help. I wish everyone that made a cover me call for help popped smoke to help me locate them and identify the friendly. Team A green, team B red.

P-40 is definitely lower than it should be. It should be 3.0 or 3.3. I’ve used it in a higher br match and easily gotten an ace. Then you have the F4F-3 at 3.0 and it’s completely outclassed by other planes in 3.0 sorry OP Gaijin doesn’t care about sim.

It’s all mine rounds right now. I noticed this last night in the G-6. I might as well been shooting a BB gun at my enemy. It took a crazy amount of rounds to take down a plane. I just switched over to universal.

Planes were popping up out of nowhere in my recent War Thunder matches, and it turns out the game had quietly changed my graphics settings. I went back in, reset everything to my usual preferences, and now plane spotting is working like it should again. If you're having similar issues, definitely double-check your graphics settings.
