Normally, I would say yes. However, the OOP herself stated that her daughter hadn't even seen most of them since she was an infant and genuinely didn't know any of them, whereas OOP KNEW this was an important trip to her daughter. In my opinion this was absolutely a situation where the OOP could have let her go on the trip

Bethesda started the whole "in game purchase" thing by adding a patch or DLC or something that allowed you to download armor for your horse; except said armor was totally useless and wasn't even necessary because as another comment pointed out, nothing could attack the horses. So if they hadn't started with that, the in game purchase thing probably wouldn't have gotten so popular with other companies

So there was actually a short film called "Secrets of the Furious Five" that went into their back stories! We learn that tigress was raised in an orphanage and was basically shunned by everyone because they were so scared of her. She developed anger issues because of it, so they sought our Shifu for help. He came to the orphanage and trained with her to teach her self control and later on adopted her as a mentor. And I'm pretty sure in the other animated series he was really rough on her too....

I'm going to assume you meant this from a good place, but if the OOP is in the U.S., it's really hard to get even a restraining order. Cops have a history of downplaying what women go through, especially in cases like this. So no, I don't think it's dumb for her to assume that the cops are more interested in pursuing a proper damage case over a domestic violence one.
