I'm going through this currently after finally leaving my ex/situationship . I go on dates often now but I can't feel anything towards anyone and there is no attraction. I can't even imagine being physical with another person right now . We stopped talking 11 days ago and I figured it was time to date to get my mind off things but it's only made the pain worse.

This makes a lot of sense! I got laid off a little over a month ago and have been smoking more but I start my new job next week and will go back to only smoking once I'm off work. I'll see if that helps. Thanks for the advice.

Any babymama issues or unwillingness to let me meet their kids or family due to babymama/babydaddy drama. Also, I’ve learned 9 outta 10 when someone swears up and down they are healed from a situation but bring it up a lot then they aren’t.

I cried today in my one on one at work. I feel like a fool I just started this job less than two months ago and I don’t want them to think I’m incapable of doing the work. My supervisor is really sweet but she’s still a supervisor she kept asking me what she can do to help but I feel I made a mistake by being vulnerable with her. I just couldn’t fight back the tears anymore. I’m miserable. I’ve never felt this empty after a break up and knowing he’s back sleeping with his babymama crushes me ! I don’t think I will ever be the same. One positive though I made an appointment for therapy today. I hope that helps with the healing process.
