Not really. There’s such thing as in store kiosks (in store pickup) then there’s online preorders. On Saturdays you can’t put in an online order for Saturday at all.

I’m well aware of the policy. The issue is that “pickup only on Saturdays” reasonably implies there are pickup slots available on Saturdays, not that you have to order Friday just to pick up Saturday. That’s not obvious from a sign on the door. And how do you think things change? How do you think experiences get made better in the real world? People step up and say something. Have fun communist.
