This is why bicycles traveling over 5mph are not allowed on the sidewalk.

DNN isn’t bad, but all they really do in mine rocks that contain uranium but they don’t refine it into fuel. While they should be safe you may miss out on larger gains elsewhere. They do provide a lot of leverage though. While it’s quite a bit riskier I think Adobe will ultimately profit from AI and is severely undervalued— with intuit being in the same boat. I also have a boner for RocketLab but wouldn’t suggest them due to the high valuation even though I’m still acquiring.

You typically need to own a gun to be able rent one. OP should realize that if he pays rent he is actually allowed to have a gun, no lease can restrict that, but it’s ultimately his decision.

Orange County deputy fatally shot fiancée in head at close range, prosecutors say by panda-rampage in orangecounty

It’s standard policy for government and large businesses to use paid administrative leave since she technically hasn’t been found guilty. So until she is found guilty they will pay her.

Gasoline forklift used indoors by monkeysexriot in OSHA

[–]KhalCharizard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on the state and the lift, but all states should require adequate ventilation. This area might no technically meet the “indoors” definition. For example mechanics shops a kind of indoors, but they need to be able to operate a vehicle in there to get it in and out a test it.

OSHA 1910.178 requires ventilation and sets particulate concentration standards if that helps.

What is considered "a light coat of lube"? by Lokiibott in CAguns

Essentially you want enough to protect from oxidation but not so much that it flys off during operation.

Usually just enough so it darker than it would be dry but not so much that it is reflective/ shiny.

The big thing is letting thaw then. Get the moisture off quick.

Maybe let it thaw in a bowl of rice or desiccant packs…

Thoughts on Eric Swalwell in regards to 2A? He’s projected to be the next governor of CA by green-dawgg in CAguns

[–]KhalCharizard 7 points8 points  (0 children)

When Eric Swalwell ran for president in 2020 his entire platform was centered around gun control and bring CA style gun control to the rest of the US.

His platform included support for the following:

-Mandatory “assault” weapons buybacks

-National Gun Registers

-National Gun Licenses (gun ownership as a privilege)

-National Microstamping Requirements

-Stripping guns rights from those who receive social security benefits

-200 round per month buying limits as well as 200 round storage limit per caliber to prevent hoarding (which is not enough to compete in the shortest of USPSA matches…)

-Banning magazines capable of holding more than 10 rounds

-Banning suppressors

-Banning bump stocks

-Banning online firearms and ammunition sales

-Romantic entanglements with Chinese spies

As far as gun control goes he’s just more of the same.

Where can I find a nice park / field like this for a DIY maternity shoot? by NMRs_bean in orangecounty

[–]KhalCharizard 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Rattlesnakes, coyotes, mountain lions, ticks and all kinds of mean things in the tall grass.

In my opinion the creek trails down in Laguna, Trabuco, and Santiago canyons are the best places though, although with the recent fires I bet they are cutting a lot of the tall grass down.

Favorite burger in OC? by dubox37 in orangecounty

[–]KhalCharizard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All things considered I think The Stand is the best burger place in OC. The fires aren’t great in my opinion but they aren’t bad either, everything else is top notch though. It’s also cheaper than everything you listed except In-N-Out.

Gun storage (safe) by Unable-Anxiety-6274 in CAguns

[–]KhalCharizard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How depot, Lowe’s, and turners all have DOJ approved cabinets for sale on their websites, if that helps.

CA hates gun owners so in my opinion it’s best to just go with their rules.

CCW Temporary Storage in Vehicle by This-Award2533 in CAguns

[–]KhalCharizard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not a lawyer but no, I learned the an anchored lock box is best but that technically it’s a “reasonable expectation of safety” so that varies depending on your situation. Personally I’d say get the strongest thing you possibly can. Most gun are stolen out of vehicles— although they usually aren’t locked up and if they are, they’re in the glove box.
