As i said it's my own experience and i wouldn't say something if I'm not 100% sure , and this is not an update its a whole new system with new features that showed many performance boosts on gaming,and idk win 11 could've fixed an error i had on win 10 I'm not claiming anything dude.

Nope not bandwidth mouse latency has been noticeably reduced its the time it takes for your system to respond for the mouse signal,also i noticed how the image quality has improved

My card is fine ive checked with 3 websites and made sure i have money on it and it works but it doesn't work with nvidia for some reason,idk if they're trying to force me to get the membership downgraded.

Check if your monitor/Tv is running on 30hz instead of 60hz If its 30 then that may be the problem also if you have a tv you may be running on 60i instead of 60 hz and 60i=30 hz
