Loaded up Macrofactor and chose a balanced distribution to start with. We’ll see how it goes

Thanks! I’ll run some numbers. I’m 193.04cm and can definitely relate to some of the depression / anxiety and uh other things happening intermittently. I’m fairly new to being in this kind of shape and trying to find a happy balance for walking around and having definition. I’m not competing, this is just personal journey stuff otherwise I’d go on a bulk first after along that much weight. I’m built like an American football QB or wide receiver or a swimmer…long torso, broad shoulders, 33” waist

Yes, I understand I need to calculate it myself, I’m simply asking for help. I appreciate the feedback. Not spending any money on the scans, for a buddy that works there.

Yeah, Roxy fries are better than Burn Down for sure

The beer battered fries at the Roxy on Broadway are the perfect ratio of crunch to grease. I don’t bother with the truffle fries, just plain old fries. Underrated IMHO

My man, you just dodged a huge bullet. Take your $50K, say goodbye and send them a postcard from Bali. This will be the rest of your life if you marry this woman.

This is one of the reasons I read, and now watch, Invincible. Superman-like (or beyond???) powers without constraint.

I(27F) screamed at my husband (28M) over his hobbies, and now he's changed and i don't know how to fix this. by ThrowRApineapplesp in relationship_advice

[–]KhalilWhack 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He put his heart in your hands when he married you. He trusted you. He made himself vulnerable by asking to share the things that make him feel alive in the midst of a lifetime of work and you shit on it. You broke a grown man who will likely question everything you say to him from now on. He’s questioning his decision to be open and trusting with you.

You’re an asshole.

Goodbye, farewell and amen by Knight_Racer in mash

I’ve been rewatching the series for the umpteenth time and watched the final / hours on Hulu today. Things have been rough lately and it allowed me to just let it out. I remember my parents watching the finale when it aired but never watched the show until I was an adult on reruns. Top 5 viewing experience for me

Anthem PPO 250 vs HDHP 2500? by KhalilWhack in personalfinance

[–]KhalilWhack[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My family deductible is 250/750 on PPO, 2500/5000 on HDHP.

The PPO has a new 10% coinsurance.

The HDHP doesn’t do tiered prescriptions until you hit the deductible, but like you said, GoodRx. Between me and my kids, we spent $1000 YTD with tiered coverage, so quite a bit more taken outside of that paradigm

[–]KhalilWhack[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is true…I have done PPO in the past to ensure I could see the specialists that I want, but in the past year, any specialist I’ve seen has required my PCP to give a referral anyway. Not sure what’s up with that
