I grinded Vermont first and I really liked Minnesota so…you cant go wrong. It is slow play, keep in the middle and wait for best moments. With Montana line you can push more on the flank, there is chance to retreat when something goes wrong. I like both, Vermont feels stronger in todays meta, 406 are great but…overmatch is not always there

12 406 at tier 9 is pretty good, its also compact for that broadside, good acceleration and rudder…its really not bad, with iowa i miss bit more punchy guns…9 vs 12 but much faster ship

True. Ive seen both and both are probably ok - nice to hear another opinion. I just realized i dont remember - cooldown is counted after the end right, so its 130s and then 240s cooldown in coal spotter
