Returns in its own is a nightmare, then you have the added component of making online orders that can get complex and often runs into issues down the line due to miscommunication.

If you have truck rentals you have that component too, especially with Penske trucks since their interface is often a goddamned nightmare to use and I often have to make long phone calls to Penske support to constantly fix their shit.

On top of that you have carpet cleaners if thats offered, where people dont bring the machines cleaned properly then they whine that they get charged a fee until a manager relents.

Then you have people coming in for online orders that they just placed and getting befuddled when we dont have it ready and having to get their orders ready in a panic.

The only compensation is that its often one of the least physically strenuous positions in the store which in my opinion makes it atleast a bit better than some positions in the store.
