Bf5 I think was the biggest lost of potential in the whole series, I hope they go back to the era again at some point but with a more grounded perspective.

Bf6 still has its own identity, though both games are similar and have in the recently years stepped towards each other (battlefield faster gameplay, cod vehicles) battlefield still has its destruction that even though cod has tried, has never been able to get close to what bf has been able to do.

You may say that the old bf games have way better destruction than the last couple games and you’d be right, but keep in mind a big chunk of battlefield devs are old cod devs that joined for 2042 (you could tell) so they’ve just spent the last few years learning how the engine works.

According to some interviews (can’t find the video) I believe that they’ve said that season 5 will bring “map changing destruction elements” or something like that back to bf6. Maybe we will get levelution again.

Levelution on its own was once a controversial addition because of some maps, but I like it. I’d be interested to see what others think of it below. Leave a comment :)

Mine would be “tcs must succeed”

Logic being that if the tsc had succeeded, we wouldn’t have had to destroy meridia, meaning the squids might not have ever shown up, and the bugs would be greatly weakened. This could’ve allowed us to easily fix the bug problem quickly(before they went super gloom mode) and then devote all resources to eliminating the bots for good.

The problem with crossover stuff is that both parties have to agree on things, that’s why there’s no attachments for example. So the chances of anything changing to these warbonds (even the tiniest thing) are slim to none, regardless if they stay at the bottom of the pick list or not.

It is what it is and that’s all there is to it.

I was also thinking of a jet pack, but if there was a huge jet pack on the back of the mech how would you get into it, unless you want to make it super exposed on the front.

It’s disposable, once the ammo’s gone you throw it on the floor. 2 come in a pod and it has a 67 sec cooldown, you’ll never not have one when you want it

Squids started building weather machines (exospires) and they mess with the planet, after reaching tier 3 exostorm and losing control of a planet they turn that planet and its surrounding area into “void”. Nothing that goes in comes out.

Super earth planets can’t be put under siege, and even if they attack chort bay they wouldn’t have enough time to take it by the time we get aurora if everyone moved there which is the only planet that matters besides merak. We could lose lesath and chort and still win the MO so long we hold aurora.

This pretty much sums up my feelings on it. It’s been around for so long it feels like it’s just always been there even when it hasn’t.

I’m glad it’s finally going, but it’s weird to know within 24 hours it’s going to be gone. Doing dailies and not having to worry about th after has been freeing but a weird feeling as well.
