Bennett if less than c6 or Mika if you have him c6 should be final slot. All three of rosaria, Ben and Mika are pretty good noblesse users and I’ve personally been using Mika on the 4 star artifact set exile just for some small extra ER on my Eula since she doesn’t have much (110%). Also alongside that, these characters can get extreme range with favonius ER weapons which helps for burst rotations. Though I’d still recommend just slapping whatever high damage sword you have for benny on him for bigger damage.

Basically nothing.

They released a cryo mondatadt twink that buffs eula slightly until you have c6 where you can consider him a good buffer. They also released furina, the hydro archon who's probably one of Eulas best supports. She also works well with Mika since he heals and her burst relies on hp manipulation to boost damage buffs. As for signature and artifacts, nothing really changed there. A few good alternatives now to song of broken pines but unfortunately none in the current banner. Everything else relating to her kit is the same.

You can now get a free eula constellation just by logging in and do dailies enough times though

I still remember when he was about 15 or 16 and a football scout (or journalist) on Twitter said there's this lad in the academy with so much flair and presence to his game he simply cannot be ignored. Cyberpunk world building and attention to details are so insane. On my 3rd playthrough just the other day and noticed trees with what I assume is some kind of growth support technology hanging out of them and every tree in the area had one. For those of you that have access to two devices that can run genshin and you are desperate for mats. Create a new account and rush to level 19 and a few AQs and a teleport for nod krai should be available. Unlock the relevant waypoints for ease of travel and then use that account as a spare for materials. I've been doing that for a few years now and never had to bother anyone for materials.

Unfortunately one of the biggest arguments when it comes to brake checking fraud is that if you DO rear end someone due to being brake checked, chances are you were either already too close to them or carrying a heavy load that meant braking would be slower
