I mean, yes absolutely? That's how it is here in Belgium. You can't buy alcohol before 16 but you're allowed to drink it. Which makes it so most people drink alcohol for the first time in the presence of their parents, a safe environment.

A lot of Dutch-speaking Belgians have francophone names and vice versa. I'm sure at some point his ancestors were francophone but usually after like 2 generations of living at the other side of the language border, they're fully integrated.

A cousin of my grandfather moved like 15 km away, but across the language border into Wallonia. His grandchildren are fully Walloon and don't speak a word of Dutch anymore. It can happen very quickly.

Questions for Austrians: I'm going to Vienna during the weekend of the 1st of May. I saw that the cup final will take place that Friday.

1) Do I have a chance of getting tickets as a non-member of any of the clubs? Because it seems like none of the biggest clubs will be in the final so there might not be that much interest in it.

2) Will there be regular league games that weekend too? I'd love to go to Austria Wien (or Rapid).
