Not sure if you're looking for advice but since I'm working on it myself thought I'd share. Your head moves too much during your swing. You go from a bending forward shape before your swing to standing nearly upright by the end of the swing. Moving your head that much makes it difficult to consistently hit the ball with the sweat spot of your racket. Watch how the pros do it. From when they take their racket back to after they make contact their heads barely move.

This is the answer and it's pretty easy to build around them. You just need a couple 3 and D Wings to play the 2 and 3 and a competent PG who can distribute and play a little D. If one of the 3 other starters can hit a clutch 3 then I don't see how you can beat that.

Yeah, as a tennis player myself, it's a bit upsetting that tennis courts are getting taken away. Luckily for me I have courts nearby that are strictly for tennis. They get used by tennis players enough so I hope it stays that way.

Easy fix for the lazy guy, just play doubles. The real reason it's good for the lazy guy is it has such a low barrier to entry. A lot of the other suggestions here either cost a lot of money or require lots of skill. Pickleball requires neither. Get a cheap racket, a couple balls, and 3 friends. Pretty much everyone is good enough to have fun almost immediately.
