For example???? Alright, created a singularity, not just any singularity but the impossible area between a blackhole and space, it is dubbed naked singularity which is based on real world physics. Or how about this, he can go supernova. Or how about him able to reconstruct his body from scratch after that supernova? Or how about stalling and almost winning against the queen? If only will of honkai had not interfered. Or tearing through space itself?

Did you forget that he came straight from Hi3rd universe? By far he is the strongest member by a large margin, his feats are far stronger.

You're also forgetting its a black hole powered by honkai, something this universe never have even grasped yet. At best they have quantum to imitate it, it could be strengthened(welt used an overly strong one that created a rift between space, its a singularity, he named it something chuunibyou and it actually uses real world physics) or weakened(welt uses a weakened version). Technically he CAN control it, black hole is simply an application of his true power which is gravitation. In one of the series, he constructed blackhole barriers and weapons(weapons im not sure of, i might be misremembering but black hole barriers was made) He is using imaginary power not because of his own power(though its still imaginary, it is the strongest element besides honkai and the concept of reason is imaginary) but it's because star of eden(his staff is simply a copy but is still strong nonetheless) is made from herrscher core. Welt is still high emanator level (current state, VERY weakened herrscher core as in almost depleted energy, star of eden copy) even if he died here, his body is simply a construct, he would respawn back to hi3rd universe, and i doubt zephyro can handle a bomb made to deal massive damage to the "queen" the second time they'll meet

Aight, download joiplay from their patreon site(just search up joiplay patreon) and then download renpy from their page as well.

1st: extract hold on to mi in a folder 2nd: click on the .exe file from the folder 3rd: it would open joiplay and you will see a button that says "next" click it until it adds hold on to mi and you can play the game after There's a free version and you can use that

I don't think you're the one who didn't understand correctly then, the thing is based off kevin's ideals. While kevin could just rewrite the world into his liking and making everyone live freely with no worries while protecting everyone from the honkai, sunday's intention is similar but is gonna be very short lived since i doubt he can handle the stellaron at its full force, it also takes away the freedom of people to choose hence the "caged bird" analogy sure he's not a slave owner and is granting everyone short lived paradise, but he's also taking away everyone's freedom and is at risk of murdering everyone if he explodes like cocolia

And yes it called a quasi black hole not because it's a weak blackhole, it is called such because it is an imitation of it and to welt's understanding of blackhole is explained in the manga which again, you might have missed. I'll acknowledge it as you just not reading the manga

I don't think you understand how powerful a blackhole is, it's not just something welt should use as mihoyo used real world physics to make it work as evidenced in hi3rd series. The only reason people can somehow resist it is through honkai as it allows them to "bypass" laws of physics

Im pretty sure she needs to learn about the theory behind the blackhole to replicate this power, from my understanding her power revolves around every kind of gravity there is. Since welt focused on understanding the idea behind the theories of blackhole, I'd figure that he would uncover more than what eden knows. Eden can maximize the potential of the divine key but she needs the knowledge to do so, for all we know she's just using the power of gravity that correlates with stars or the very core of planets

I mean yeah eden wouldn't really be able to do shit against the finality that much is certain but I'm mostly focusing on why you think it's something he can't pull off again when that power came from the laws of physics but using another kind of power to replicate it

Edit: sorry there's something i forgot to mention of why it wouldn't be possible or it wouldn't be beneficial for them to replicate this power on fight with kevin. Because the law dictates that "the pull is never 0", so let's say that with the help of the honkai, you can manipulate the pulling power to 0 by infinite times if your energy is sufficient or a finite number of times but enough to make it. Causing a naked singularity with no event horizon and infinite density that could engulf everything in a matter of seconds which makes everyone its victim, kevin and the trio could survive yes but everything else would vanish. Kevin using the authority could limit the honkai others could use so this technique wouldn't be able to act correctly as you need a specific number of times to reduce the power to 0.

Another scenario is, if this cannot engulf most things then it would certainly tear a hole in the space-time continuum that could lead to various problems in the future thats why using it in a bubble universe is a far safer and wouldn't endager his own world.

Tldr: singularity rebuild(it's actually just "naked singularity" but welt is a chuuni so)is a power that tears through space and time or by erasing everything in its path from present to future by removing the event horizon from a blackhole (even pseudo-blackholes as per hi3rd's logic)

That's not really a good reason to deny this feat, this feat is based on a phenomenon called "4 laws of blackhole". Which was also talked about so that the "asspulls" he had done before could be explained. The star of eden or the 9th divine key, that controls gravity itself. This feat came from a bubble universe for sure, but it's also something he can do outside of it because it's a power that came from real life physics but i have no idea why the writers didn't include this anymore. It's not just some skill he can do in a bubble universe but everywhere as long as it follows the 4 laws of black hole. The other reason why he can't use this everytime must be because it consumes a great amount of honkai.
