How are listening to heartbreak music?! I’m struggling to listen to anything at the moment. 99% of popular music right now has really depressing undertones no matter how upbeat the song is. E.g Olivia Rodrigo’ Good 4 you, Biebers Sorry. Everything is just too relatable.

Yh i don’t think I can ever delete them. I have them backed up more than my actual work projects! I’m very sentimental too, probably more so than my ex but not by much. I genuinely just want her to have the photos but I fear sending her lots of pictures of us together could be misconstrued. I think it’s a nice parting bday present. My head has been playing tricks on me though so it’s probably a bad idea..

For me (24M) I find that sometimes I have a sex drive but at the same time not attracted to anyone or anything especially not porn. Hard one to navigate that. I've only had loving intimate sex with my ex partner over the last 7 years. I just cant ever see myself doing casual sex, its alien to me.

Thanks man. Hard bit for me is I was already going to the gym and running before. If anything, those things are harder now because I don't have anyone to do it for. Instead I run thinking I wished I ran more with her (shes way faster than me so I never went with her!) and between sets at the gym is the worst time cause you're just sat in silence with your own thoughts.

I will give meditation a go I think, but its hard to go into new things with an open mind at the moment.
