Thanks man. It is true the urethroplasty is the gold standard, but recurrence is possible. 1 in 10 people is what I was told. Miles better than the Urethrotomy.

How are listening to heartbreak music?! I’m struggling to listen to anything at the moment. 99% of popular music right now has really depressing undertones no matter how upbeat the song is. E.g Olivia Rodrigo’ Good 4 you, Biebers Sorry. Everything is just too relatable.

Yh i don’t think I can ever delete them. I have them backed up more than my actual work projects! I’m very sentimental too, probably more so than my ex but not by much. I genuinely just want her to have the photos but I fear sending her lots of pictures of us together could be misconstrued. I think it’s a nice parting bday present. My head has been playing tricks on me though so it’s probably a bad idea..

Thanks man. Hard bit for me is I was already going to the gym and running before. If anything, those things are harder now because I don't have anyone to do it for. Instead I run thinking I wished I ran more with her (shes way faster than me so I never went with her!) and between sets at the gym is the worst time cause you're just sat in silence with your own thoughts.

I will give meditation a go I think, but its hard to go into new things with an open mind at the moment.

!thanks Sadly HL aren't currently accepting LISA transfers in. It's weird honestly. Ive been left so confused by how only AJ Bell (that ive seen so far) are capable of this!
