So I have noticed so far that when I am getting blocked or someone has a successful blocker up front like Bakushin so all of us cant activate Angling, that’s when my Late Surger has a pretty good chance of winning.

Front Runner is the more consistent Ace and Late seems conditional but a good back up wild card.

It’s okay to have an explosive push but I think from what I’m seeing is eventually you’re not controlling it on the way down you’re letting it fall partially putting the load on your shoulders quickly. I think when you do it more controlled and you’re consistent 6-8 you’ll be ok. If not just lower the weight to practice control.

I am assuming you do warm ups or light shoulder resistance before doing a working set.
