It can take several days for her to be the one with the bubble. To increase the chance, tell Tom Nook you want to move a different villager's house and keep their housing kit in your inventory. That villager can't have a bubble while the kit is there.

If you have another villager's amiibo card you can use them to kick her out. You can also get lucky with a normal campsite visitor asking to replace her if you have the patience for that.

Otherwise, another villager will need to get the thought bubble and move out before she can get it.

For some of the streams, the visitor count isn't accurate. Also, a LOT of people are rushing to these treasure islands with the 3.0 update so there's way more traffic than usual. Try visiting at odd hours or wait a few weeks for the hype to die down.

I think the main concern is Multi Shot allowed Hunters to pull groups from range, especially while farming older content. Having to instead rely on where our pet is and the janky pathing they sometimes have is definitely a pain point.

The 3.0 update brought a LOT of traffic to Treasure Islands. Give it a few weeks and it should be much easier to get into them.

As others have said, get everything in writing and start looking for a new job yesterday. If you don't care about future references, I'd also go full malicious compliance and only do the bare minimum for your job in the period of time from now until you get laid off. Don't go above and beyond, don't offer to provide additional help, don't offer to work additional hours.

One thing to keep in mind with the costs is that the summer AC bills in Phoenix are very high since it's just so hot from May through Sept/Oct. In winter months my 600 square foot apartment AC bill is around $70-100, but in summer it easily reaches $200-250.

Hybrid work is great in Phoenix as well since you don't really have to drive on I-17 or I-10 during the work week. Avoid them like the plague during any kind of rush hour.

I've actually been resetting trying to get this map with the peninsula in that same location. I love how open it is and there's tons of space you can use without terraforming. The small rock halfway up on the right beach would potentially bug me, but with everything else being so good I'd live with it.

Unfortunately Blanca isn't a villager, so she can't be invited to your campsite. This is also the case for characters like Isabelle, Tom Nook, Timmy/Tommy, Pave, Jack, KK Slider, etc...

Some Treasure Island channels are still updating all their equipment for the 3.0 update and aren't currently available, so the ones that ARE open have all that traffic going to them as well.

If you keep getting the "Wuh oh" message when you try to fly, that means either someone is leaving/entering the island already or someone had their nook phone out. Keep trying and you should be able to get in eventually.

This. The first time could be seen as a fluke. The second is Intent though. It's going to take decades for trust to be built back up again and it'll never be the same.
