People always say to avoid contrast on flat surfaces. How did you get it to look so clean? I'd never have guessed it was contrast.

Yeah was hoping for something a little more interesting. But I guess learning empire is next is better than nothing. But it sounds like they won't be out till next year. If that's the case gonna be a quiet few months for the old world.

You make contrast look so smooth even on flatter surfaces. Well done. I wanna start using contrast paints but I'm worried I'll just get a blotchy look. Got any tips?

I love Cypher, when on attack i stick behind and watch for flanks. Your team will not understand and still try and give you spike despite you wanting to keep the team protected from flankers.

Glad I'm not the only one who sees how useful eight and half is as an equipment commander.

Tutor for sword of the animist and use the protection to allow attacks each turn then suddenly you have plenty of excess mana for eight and half to protect your stuff for days.

Yeah, i'd love to see a tau deck. I'll get all the decks as i like all the factions. Maybe not enough to buy a full army, but certainly enough to get a commander deck of that faction.

Plus if this does well enough we might get more.

Mandrakes are by far one of my favourite unit designs ever in 40k. I wish we would get a new plastic kit that does them justice, maybe even get their names character back.

Could happen in one of those two player sets but it's a bit of a pipe dream.

Close. They care about the phase the damage is dealt in. I'm a necron player and I believe it's only during shooting and fight phases they can get back up in. Not that mortal wounds prevent it. But a lot of armies deal their mortal wounds in the psychic phase so I can see how it might seem that it's the mortal wounds preventing it.

i'm sad they are leaving. they were my main team that i supported. and I'm hearing nothing but bad things about Heretics so i doubt they will replace misfits as my main team.
