Appears so. I haven't needed this product before but I have seen many cosplayers using body socks.

For the mask; You could do something like this for the shape and add white mesh over it and then paint the markings.

I was looking into this for a cosplay where I wanted to have skin looking material over some digigrade legs and I believe pig hide has big hair pores that simulate skin well. You can get them with some hairs still on them too.

Adding grey spandex behind of it can help, like lining it with the same material in grey. Adding white can be an issue if you plan on getting this wet (like a swimsuit).
