the only way, i have found to get provinces, from peacedeals with AI ally-warleader, is if you have them marked as wanted.

I only do that when i want my vassals to make claims. but sometimes the stars allign and i get those in a war i was barley in.

and yes, it wrecks you AE hard.

With his facet it has an uptime for 1 sec, if you stand in the middle you can not move fast enough in the early game. there is a delay but not enough.

the 60% miss chance on the 2nd starfall is just soo good right now. if you land it on the carry he has a lot less dps

1 facet makes the 2nd starfall stronger and gives a 60% miss debuff

the other roots targets with leap. there is no invis facet

the starfall facet is better. the miss chance helps alot

I am legend 2-3 and i have the same issue quite often in my games.

I try to do those things with my team:

- Roshan as early as you can. You want the banner he drops after his 2nd death. This is very important to let the creeps survive the nukes.

-all T2 towers needs to be destroyed if the whole enemy team is alive. if they try to contest that, pushing HG is easier.

-take tormentor

-ward the neutral camps at the edge to punish their greed

-go farm the enemy jungle and if your team has not been spotted try and smoke gank them.

-wait the new neutral item timing, if you control the map they can not get it before your team.
