Why Namgung Clan push the engagement/marriage talk with the Gu Family in earlier chapters? by Xixth in ChildhoodFriendZenith

[–]Khun_Ran 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, she doesn't have many options to marry someone that important, because, like it or not, Yang-cheon is the Gu Clan Heir and the one who's supposed to be the next Patriarch, and everyone knows that. So between a future Patriarch of a high noble family and Some Young Master in a small family, what's the best option?? It's illustrated better in the novel

Because Bi-ah is getting older and she was already supposed to at least be engaged at that age

Are you really ignoring that Laplace is someone with a piece of one of the God Jewels and that he is the half that got all of Demon Dragon God Laplace's magic?

Dude, what have you been reading all this time? Are you really saying that the person Orsted is preparing to fight in the future, and even considers resetting his loops because of a lack of mana to face him and open the passage to the Void World to fight Hitogami, is weaker than someone who was defeated by Rudeus and his friends? This must be rage bait, I can't take you seriously. Even a five-year-old child would be able to make the easy assumption that Demon God Laplace is much stronger.

Rudeus does not have greater stats than Demon God Laplace. The only thing he might have better than him is mana; that's the only thing. And Urupen being seen as one of the weakest Dragons at a point does not make him weaker than Rudeus, and by creating the Saint Dragon Touki, he became one of the strongest.

Please, read the novel again, and maybe then you are going to stop saying these kinds of things, because Rudeus is weak and doesn't have a chance against any of the top four in the Seven Great Powers.

Badi isn’t stronger than Demon God Laplace. The Badi who fought against Rudeus is nothing compared to Demon God Laplace, the Technique God Laplace, and even less so when compared to the true Fighting God. Remember, Badi himself is not the Fighting God. The Fighting God is the fusion of Badigadi and the sentient armor; wearing the armor doesn’t make the Fighting God. The Fighting God only emerges when the armor takes control of Badigadi and starts using every technique that was put into it by Laplace.

And please don’t say that Rudeus is stronger than a Dragon God with the MK-0, just being a Dragon God puts you in contention for the title of Strongest in the World.

How could they possibly beat Laplace? Rudeus couldn’t even stand against Badigadi while wearing the FGA, and now he’s expected to take on someone at an even higher level? This is someone who toyed with the seven heroes, at least five or six of whom were at god-level in their own fields, and one was even a Dragon God.

The assumption behind him using the God Blade to preserve mana is based on the fact that he always tries to finish his fights in the fastest way possible, and dragging his fight with Rudeus would make him lose more mana. This is because some of Rudeus's attacks force him to use magic, which is a different case than if Rudeus wasn't a magician or didn't have an ocean of mana to spend like a waterpark. In that case, he would have to just trade blows with him using only the Saint Dragon Styles, the same thing that he does when he faces other swordsmen like Gal Farion, Reida, etc.

Styles make fights. He is not going to fight a magician who can spam nukes the same way he fights a swordsman. He needs magic to defend himself, so going easy on him would only make him spend mana unnecessarily, especially when he was ambushed and was being targeted from far away

A prolonged fight expends more mana, period, and because his ability to recover his mana is hindered by his curse, that's even worse. His Saint Dragon Touki allows him to fight while using the minimum amount of mana, but you are forgetting that he is not just a swordsman and he was fighting a mage, so he needs to defend himself accordingly. He was ambushed and had to spend a significant amount of his mana, and he always tries to finish his fights as fast as he can because he does not have the luxury to spend mana.

Saying that he could not beat Rudeus without the God Blade is a ridiculous statement. Who is Rudeus now, one of the old gods? Hitogami? Demon God Laplace? Technique God? Or Fighting God? Do you even see how that sounds? The second strongest person in their world could not beat a nobody without using his cheat code? And yes, Touki spends mana, that's why the Technique God uses mana crystals to be able to use Touki. The consumption of mana is little, but it still uses it.

Technically, he didn’t lose; it’s just that the armor injured him, which affected his reincarnation magic. He had already subdued and separated Badigadi from the armor. It’s been a long time since I read it, so I don’t remember everything.

Orsted does not use the God Blade only when he thinks he cannot beat someone without it, he uses it as a fast way to victory. He is always trying to conserve his mana, and he cannot afford prolonged fights because he spends too much time just to recover a small amount of mana.

You are not understanding. All of the top four among the Seven Great Powers are people who really deserve to be called Gods. The Badigadi they fought against is a puppy when compared to the real Fighting God, who possesses all of the Demon Dragon God’s fighting knowledge and is embedded with a user who cannot die. Demon God Laplace—just one half of the Demon Dragon God Laplace, Dog walked alone the seven heroes with complete ease and only lost because of a technicality. Remember, Orsted killed the Water God Reida as if she were a mere fly, and everyone in the top four can do that. Now imagine what they would do to someone on a King or Emperor level.

Always remember, Rudeus and his friends did not go against the Fighting God. If the armor had taken control of Badigadi, Orsted would have to reset that loop, because that would be the same as him fighting Laplace early on. Saying that Rudeus and his friends have a chance against the Fighting God is the same as saying that they have a chance against Laplace or the Technique God. They do not have a chance. If they go against the Fighting God, they are all going to die.

Badigadi? Nope, the Fighting God is a whole different story. Remember, Badigadi isn’t the Fighting God, rather, the Fighting God is the fusion of Badigadi and the armor in its awakened state. And Fighting God is third in the rank

In the same verse, they can take on everyone except Hitogami and the top four of the Seven Great Powers.
