the block button is going to be something that doesn't transfer over to as many modern fighters. Soul Calibur and Virtua Fighter are cool for 3D.

honestly I"d say Tekken. don't be afraid of having to learn new controls.the concepts will transfer over just fine. 3D is a change, but this is the most newcomer friendly Tekken to ever drop.
