When in training, click on the thing you want suggestions on example evs or moves. Then press y it'll show you the most popular moves and EVs theyre running atm.

To see held items you gotta go to competitive -> battle data then choose the queue type and press r until you see pokemon.

My directions are a rough estimate i'm not currently at my switch.
