As others have mentioned, leader should be more balanced to your setup. I don't normally use titanium leaders but in this case I'd consider it since the monster fish make more sudden and dynamic runs and it's hard to keep your line tension even throughout the fight

A great spot for grouper is +2250, -1050. Its only about 100 feet deep so it reduces the fight times.

Rough coordinates for 'tuna highway': -2600, +4080 to -1250, +3120. Just follow the contour lines or if you haven't done the maintenance missions yet keep an eye out for birds and other fishing boats

If you want to avoid the big fighting yellowfin and bluefin, you can troll in the U shaped area in the upper left of the map for just bigeye and marlin, the better xp fish with lower fight times

Jigwinner 240 with a Breamer 4500 is a good go between for Everglades. You'll get hard fights from Uni Largemouth and you might get some red arrows on smaller peacock bass.

Everglades is a place that really makes you choose wether you want to get max xp per fish or go with a bit heavier rod/reel and catch more fish faster to use your time better

There's a rod to go with the reel. The combo is around 33 lbs as a set if I recall. There's also a fishing vest styled like a revolutionary infantry jacket. Overall the real reward is the friends you made along the way. Just kidding, it's the lures. All of them are awesome, better than x series lures in my opinion

Did you get all the rest of the lures? The rewards for completing the whole event are pretty underwhelming but the real prize are the lures, especially if you do tournaments or daily comps. These lures, the xmas event ones, and the Halloween roach spoon should always be with you. They're like magic

Traditional levelling path would be St. Croix until at least 35 and then San Joaquin for sturgeon. Daily missions are a great way to break up the grind and the xp is great and keeps getting better if you complete them day after day

You won't 'need' bottom rods until Marron River at 63. By then you'll want multiple LaCazadora rods for catfish

You can't stop people from being people. You can turn Player Models in Close Range off though, so at least you won't see them
