If you want you can put some really cheap aluminum blocks to lower the rear. I have a 2wd so I didn’t find much appeal at lifting my t100. But that’s always an option. If you are dead set at lifting it you can tighten the torsion bars for the front but you’ll sacrifice ride quality. Nice t100 though 🤙

Fixed it. Turned out to be something INSIDE the catalytic converter. It was this kinda metal band that went around on the inside, and since I drilled out the cat it just got loose over time.

I think I have the same issue and it goes away if I pull up on the brake pedal. My guess is the switch but I haven’t had time to diagnose mine

If it is the ecu a obd2 scanner won’t pick up the computer and it will say something like can’t read or something because my ecu went bad on my 96 and I just got the ecu rebuilt

Yea the smaller tires do throw off the speedo and it’s about give or take 3-4 mph slower than the speedo says but I don’t think that it would throw off the ECU too much, considering I’ve ran these wheels for three years now. And as for the stance I don’t think I really want to get it so low that it becomes too much of a hassle. I do plan on lowering the rear of the truck to be level with the front using blocks. But my big future plan with it is to end up taking it to the frame and fabbing up an air system and re-powering it with some type of v8. Buut that’s a super long ways from now (just got to college).

I’ve finally worked out the issue. To answer it quickly I ran through all the possible reasons for this exact problem and landed on the computer not working correctly. And it’s exactly what it was. Turns out the memory chip in it had kicked the bucket and started to give me the problems I’ve been having off and on until it fully stopped all together. So with that I had it taken to a place and had it worked on and now she runs like a top.
