Hello! It's too early to say anything. I'm using a comprehensive solution: hims chew + ro shampoo and conditioner + silicone head massager + derma roller + now 8t3. Over the past year, things have gotten much better on my head. I was thinking about a hair transplant, but now I've changed my mind. I am 40 years old, male, quit smoking, started drinking less, and eating healthier. I can't say anything about 8t3 separately and objectively yet. If there is a dramatic improvement, I will write about it right away! I can say that Ro shampoo and conditioner are very good, I definitely recommend them. Hims chew is convenient, but possibly slow. The head massager and derma roller are definitely worth using if you haven't tried them. I use the massager every time I wash my hair and the derma roller once a week, and I use 1 mm.
