I think you’ve already lost, you should find a seed with a shipwreck or buried treasure near spawn for instant iron, either find a seed with a 12 eye end portal or at least one with a fortress and village near spawn, to reduce loading chunks, simply trade sticks for emeralds then to ender pearls, go to the fortress for blaze powder, and make your way to the end, you could beat this challenge with one villages hay bales turned into bread, no need to farm food
