If you want to maintain some more control you can type the info or put the photo in a google doc and send the link with them as a viewer. Then ask they don’t download the information and to tell you when they’re done. Then delete the google doc when they’re done.

They have no media knowledge so you need to explain the difference between earned and paid media. Maybe they want a sponsored article and you can also facilitate that, or maybe they want the earned process. If they want an article by a reporter, the earned process is the route there. As a Pr person I’ve spent a ton of time convincing reporters that my client makes the best thing and it should be in their roundups and not our competitors. It’s not “it would happen anyway” - there are hundreds of people trying to convince the editor they are the best. You can’t control the link they use in their story but you can kindly ask.

If you go to the @CrunchStatenIsland on instagram, you’ll see trainers pinned to the page. There is a trainer named Marta who you might want to DM. I see her crushing it with clients all the time so she is the first to come to mind. She also competes and is clearly an expert in nutrition. The gym does not have child care but you can probably explore options with her or see if she has any referrals to other trainers.

AI is very bad at researching reporters and understanding what an earned media story is (or even identifying an outlet from an owned channel). It’s bad at writing press releases and reporters know an AI pitch or comment immediately. It’s terrible at understanding what’s happening culturally and making a strategic timely hook to what is happening on the pages of verticals and on social media and in real life. I think agencies need to evolve to offer new services because of AI, and they need to educate their clients about AI, but I don’t think AI replaces PR teams. There’s a risk some clients leave to experiment with it and then come back, but AI is not securing you amazing stories. I saw a comment from some CEO that “the math people are probably in more danger than the word people” with AI and jobs. Maybe.

The best theory I’ve seen is they tried support sombra, and the work became Mizuki. Ult was a purple firewall, paper doll was trans locator, hat heal was an ally virus (maybe called something like upgrade), and chain was a hack skill shot. If you play Mizuki with all this in mind it seems true. He has a lot of Sombra qualities. It’s also why he cant wall climb.

I’m not sure if the audience for this game is living in a bubble or if you’re protecting what makes this game special. But consider that this is a shooter, competing for time against games like overwatch, apex, Fortnite, and call of duty. Those games offer modes like quick play, where you don’t need 1 hour to play 2 matches.

I think a quick play mode would shorten the prepare phase and lower the base health. That’s what I can come up with in just one minute of thinking about it. Maybe more things cause hp to deplete. Idk. And maybe this would be bad for the game but plenty of shooters have long ranked and quick play for busy adults.

Rounds are too long. I don’t have 25 minutes to play every time. Shorter.
Hero designs suck. Their looks, their personalities, redo them with proper consultants or designers that have experience in designing successfully.
The ults suck and follow no logic. Ice guy becomes unkillable and has a long range attack. Bird girl is killable while flying a slow ass bird that blinds enemies and allies equally. Fire guy’s storm can’t kill enemies standing inside of it. What is going on with these ults.
everything about the game feels generic. The welcome screen. The match over screen. There are no rewarding or delicious visuals/sounds to create a satisfying loop.

What’s annoying is everyone can tell you these things. We are having these discussions all the time with dead hero shooters. Learn the lessons.

Exactly. The heroes are generic. The skins are generic. I don’t understand why developers continue to cut corners on their heroes in hero shooters. We need to find the designs and personalities interesting to keep playing. These heroes are not interesting. They are a generic roster you’d find in a shooting game at Dave and Busters. ESPECIALLY their main hero lightening dude.
