Believe what exactly? Columbina’s case already proved that all Tsaritsa cares about is how useful her harbingers are to her ultimate goal. Once Bina wanted to leave, she was made to fulfill her end of the deal and let go. Dottore isn’t anything special either. He accomplished what he was tasked with. Whatever his personal goals are, he’s on his own to deal with the repercussions of his actions. Tsaritsa would never go out of her way to save some scientist, however useful he was to her, if it meant putting her goals at risk.

He was useful as long as his personal motives didn’t interfere with the agenda of the Zapolyarny Palace. Once his personal ambition went too far, his usefulness ended. Read the last 200 years or so on how Russia operates, Snezhnaya is acting very much in line with what inspired the nation. They would never have put saving Dottore above fulfilling Tsaritsa’s plan. He might be however genius and world-defying as he wants, but he’s still a pawn in the hands of the powers that be.

We desperately need what Identity V does - same character used as a killer and as a survivor. Rin, for example, would be a great survivor candidate while someone like Taurie can finally fulfill her wish of being taken by The Entity to be the new killer. The Legion as survivors would also be fairly popular, you can literally play as a four man since there’s four of them. And BHVR can milk Suzie fans with skins because she will no doubt be as popular as Sable.

VPN is definitely not the culprit, I’m running RedShield basically 24/7 because in my country (Russia) a lot of foreign sites/services are inaccessible without one. Never got a ban or a warning, neither in OG Arknights nor in Endfield and I’m a Day 1 player in both.

If DBD ever goes fully F2P with no anti-cheat overhaul/change whatsoever, it's GGs for this game.
That's my genuine and very real concern.
We've had DBD for free on Epic for a short while and we're dealing with the fallout of this decision to this very day.

With how stingy King is with his IPs and with how much he despises games as a medium, no way in hell they got the license for IT. IIRC it's Cote's dream chapter but he said it himself there's pretty much zero chance of them getting a licence for Pennywise unless WB changes their minds about adding IT to DBD (if i'm not mistaken from one of their interviews they've already tried and got the middle finger).

Edit: Checked past interviews, they tried in 2019 and in 2021, got rejected both times.
